X-rays are an important way to see if there is anything abnormal happening with your teeth and surrounding tissues.
If you find yourself having a dental visit and they want to update X-rays, do it! We are only completing this for your benefit! Every 5-8 years we like to complete a full set of X-rays to check every thing. Once a year we typically like to take an updated set of local X-rays, only focusing between the teeth.
