Simple creamy bolognese sauce ๐ฟ
This dinner was so beautiful and simple to make. I served the sauce on top of torn up lasagne sheets that I boiled with steamed zucchini on the side.
Ingredients:
500g beef mince
1 brown onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
700ml Passata
200ml coconut cream or cream
1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
Torn fresh basil
What to do:
In a large pan heat olive oil, add the diced onion and cook until just golden- Around 5 minutes.
Add the beef mince and cooked until browned. Add the garlic, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, passata, and coconut cream. Season to taste.
Serve on top of cooked pasta with fresh torn basil leaves.
This little guy (Archie) has fit right into our family over the last month ๐ถ Keeda our older staffy who has arthritis has a new lease on life and plays like sheโs a puppy again herself.
Heโs always up for a play or cuddle and the kids are beyond in love. Jasper our 3yr old refers to him as his baby ๐
