BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP😍😍 so good!
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)
Tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables for serving
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, and ranch or blue cheese dressing until well combined.
Spread the mixture into a 9-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and sprinkle green onions on top (if using).
Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.
Another dinner I made! Chicken hibachi 😋
Used frozen peas and carrots and cooked them in a pan with butter and oil, added onion into it. Cooked those until soft then moved them to the side and added 2 scramble eggs. Once the eggs cooked mixed all together then removed everything and put it in a tin foil pan. I used pre cooked rice, cooked it in a pan with avocado oil and some butter (pre cooked is easier) for the veggies I used red bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli and onion. Just cooked those on the stove with avocado oil/butter and seasoned them cooked until soft. Used chicken breast and cooked those on the stove with avocado oil, butter, sesame oil and some soy sauce! Added seasoning as needed/wanted to all of it
It all turned out super yummy and makes a lot of extra for left overs! 😊
I always make brownies in muffin pans. They are all crispy outside and chewy inside. Then we arent fighting over the corner pieces lol
I used 2 boxes of brownie mix to make 24 cupcake brownies. I add an extra egg. Spray the pans very well with nonstick spray and they'll pop right out using the tip of a butter knife. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before removing from pans

Chocolate Peanut Butter Earthquake Cake
Ingredients
1 Box Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix (oil, eggs, water)
8 oz Softened cream cheese
1/2 Cup softened butter
1/2 Creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 Cups powdered sugar
1/2 Cup chocolate chips
1 Cup miniature Reese's peanut butter cups unwrapped and cut in halves
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350° and grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with a nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl mix together the ingredients for your chocolate fudge cake. Pour your fudge cake into your greased baking dish and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together your cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, and vanilla until well mixed. Mix in your powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until you add all 4 cups. Add your peanut butter mixture in spoonfuls to your chocolate cake mix and lightly spread around. Now sprinkle your Reese's peanut butter cup halves and chocolate chips on top.
Bake for about 45-50 minutes (checking the center after 45 with a tooth pick test). Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Red Velvet Cinnamon Rolls 😍❤️
Ingredients
1 package red velvet cake mix (regular size)
2-1/2 to 3 cups all-purpose flour
1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
1-1/4 cups warm water (120° to 130°)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted
icing:
2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 to 5 tablespoons 2% milk
Directions
Combine cake mix, 1 cup flour and yeast. Add water; beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough (dough will be sticky). Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead gently 6-8 times. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 2 hours. Meanwhile, in another bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
Punch down dough. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; roll dough into an 18x10-in. rectangle. Brush with melted butter to within 1/4 in. of edges; sprinkle with sugar mixture.
Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal. Cut crosswise into 12 slices. Place cut sides up in a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Cover with a kitchen towel; let rise in a warm place until almost doubled, about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350°. Bake until puffed and light brown, 15-20 minutes. Cool slightly.
Beat confectioners’ sugar, butter, vanilla and enough milk to reach a drizzling consistency. Drizzle icing over warm rolls.
Crispy Hashbrown and Sausage Bites 😋😋
Ingredients
8 ounces softened cream cheese
4 cups frozen shredded hash browns
1 pound ground breakfast sausage
1 ½ cups Bisquick
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400*
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a mixing bowl combine the sausage, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, hash browns and the bisquick.
Stir until well combined
Using a scoop or your hands, make balls about 1 ½ inches in size, place on baking sheet
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.

Crockpot ziti !
1 pound of ziti noodles
2 jars of 24 ounce pasta sauce of your choice
15 ounce Ricotta cheese
Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
Choice of seasonings (I used Italian , oregano , basil )
Mix seasonings , eggs , and ricotta
Grease your crockpot
First put layer of sauce
Then layer noodles (try to divide your noodles in thirds for layers )
On top of noodles layer ricotta cheese and mozzarella
Repeat until done
NOODLES COOK IN SAUCE , DO NOT COOK BEFORE !
Put on high for 2 hours and 15 minutes after sprinkle with cheese and let melt (I let my go for another 15 minutes )
Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers
3-4 halved bell peppers
1 lb ground beef
1 block cream cheese
1 package of taco seasoning 
1 T garlic powder
1/4 cup salsa
Brown beef and add seasonings
Add seasonings.
Add cream cheese and taco seasoning and salsa
Add mixture to halved peppers.
Pop in oven 350 for 25 minutes.
Optional - pop peppers in oven for approx 5 min before adding mixture to soften.
Caramel Frappuccino
Ingredients:
1 heaping cup crushed ice or cubed
1 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp Ghirardelli White chocolate powder
Double shot espresso 2 fl oz
Caramel sauce Torani brand
Whipped cream for topping
Instructions:
Add 1 heaping cup of crushed ice into a blender along with 1 1/2 cups of vanilla ice cream. You can use cubed ice if you don’t have crushed ice. But it will take longer to blend.
Then add 1 tablespoon granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon Ghirardelli white chocolate powder into a mug.
Then pour a double shot of fresh espresso right over the sugars and mix it well. You should get about 2 fluid oz of espresso from a double shot. If you don’t have an espresso machine at home, mix 2 teaspoons of espresso powder with 2 oz of boiling water instead.
Now pour the sweet espresso into the blender, then place the lid on and blend at high speed for about 20-30 seconds. Or until the ice is finely blended.
Then drizzle a little caramel sauce on the sides of your serving cup and pour the frappe inside. Add a generous amount of whipped cream on top. Then drizzle with some extra caramel and enjoy
Peach cobbler dump cake.
1 -box yellow cake mix
2 to 3 -15 oz cans of peaches in juice/syrup
1 stick butter sliced thin
Pour cans of peaches in a 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle box cake mix on top of peaches. Push down and then top with sliced butter
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown.
Easy potluck dessert 🙂
Pistachio Pineapple Cake
INGREDIENTS
* 1 box angel food cake
* 1 3.4oz box pistachio pudding mix
* ½ cup vegetable oil
* 3 eggs
* 20 oz can crushed pineapple with juices
FROSTING
* 8 oz tub cool whip, thawed
* ⅔ cup whole milk
* 1 3.4oz box pistachio pudding
* Pistachios, chopped for decoration
PREPARATION
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
* In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, and pineapple with juices. Beat until well combined.
* Transfer batter to the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until an inserted tooth pick comes out clean. Allow cake to cool.
* To make the frosting: Mix together the second pudding mix and milk until the mixture thickens. Fold in the cool whip until fully combined.
* Frost cake and chill for 2 hours before serving. Top with chopped pistachios if desired.

Cheddar Ranch Crack Dip
This one is a crowd favorite!!
Ingredients:
16 oz sour cream
1 oz packet ranch dressing mix
3 oz bacon bits in the packet not the plastic jar
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Mix together. It’s best if you refrigerate it for a day before eating! Great with chips, crackers, and pork rinds.
White chicken chili. This is delicious. I love to cook but this is NO cooking and literally just dumping cans! Great for those who do not share my love of cooking or want something in a hurry.
3 cooked and chopped chicken breasts, or 2 large cans of white chicken. (I used canned)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans navy or cannellini beans, I think cannellini taste better.
1 10oz can of Rotel tomatoes. I used mild.
2 cans shoepeg corn. Couldn't find shoepeg so I used 1 large can of white and yellow sweet corn.
16 ounces Velveeta cheese
2 soup cans water
Drain water off top of beans, toss in large pot or Dutch oven. Drain water off chicken and toss in. Add drained corn, cream of chicken soup and the 2 cans of water and the tomatoes. Stir to combine and add chopped up Velveeta. Keep low and stirring so it does not scorch on the bottom and until cheese is melted. Serve over crushed tortilla chips.
I made this Mexican Street Corn “casserole” for a Labor Day bbq. It was gone in an hour! It was SO SO good!!!
32oz frozen corn thawed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1.5 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne optional
10oz queso fresco grated or crumbled
1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
Put all ingredients (only 5oz of the queso fresco) into a casserole dish and mix very well! Cook for 35 minutes at 350. Let it cool and then sprinkle the remaining 5oz of queso fresco and chopped cilantro on top. I served mine with tortilla chips. It was a hit
Oreo Lasagna - this was so good!
Ingredients
1 pkg regular Oreos
6 tablespoons butter melted oz cream cheese softened
1 cup powdered sugar
16 oz cool whips divided
1 5.9- ounce pkg chocolate instant pudding
2 3/4 cup milk cold
Instructions
Crush the whole package of cookies either with a food processor. Save 1 cup to sprinkle on top of dessert lasagna when it’s done.
In a small bowl mix remaining crumbs with melted butter. When the butter is distributed, transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, and press the crumbs into the bottom of the pan.
Using electric mixer, mix half of Cool Whip, softened cream cheese, and powdered sugar in a large bowl.
Spread the mixture on top of the oreo crust. Transfer to the refrigerator while you are making the pudding.
In a bowl, combine chocolate instant pudding with cold milk. Whisk for several minutes until the pudding starts to thicken. Spread the pudding over the previous layer, and let it sit for 10 minutes to firm up the pudding.
Spread the remaining half of cool whip over the pudding, and sprinkle with reserved Oreo crumbs on top.
Pizza Spaghetti Casserole 😋
Ingredients
cooking spray
1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
¼ cup milk
1 large egg, beaten
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon dried basil
4 ounces pepperoni sausage, sliced
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Mix 1/2 cup mozzarella, milk, egg, salt, and garlic salt together in a large bowl. Add drained spaghetti and mix until well combined. Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and reduce the temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread spaghetti sauce over noodle mixture. Sprinkle with oregano and basil, then top with remaining 1 1/2 cups mozzarella. Arrange pepperoni over cheese.
Return to the oven and bake until cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown, about 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.

Takes 20 minutes to make, and it's delicious and filling. Heat roast in microwave for 3 mins per container. Shredd beef and mix in taco seasoning. Build your quesadilla the way you like and cook in pan until cheese it melted. Put sour cream or whatever toppings and the side.

Cilantro jalapeño dip
3-4 jalapeños (deseeded)
1 bunch of cilantro
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayo
1 packet of ranch dip powder
Use a food processor to finely chop and blend everything together. Store in a container in the fridge for a couple of hours so the dip thickens. We love it with hint of lime Tostitos tortilla chips!
Blueberry biscuits: mix 2 cups of flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Cut in 1/2 cup of butter, then stir in 1/2 cup of milk and 1 cup of blueberries. Roll out the dough, cut into biscuits, and bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 🍓
INGREDIENTS
1 sachet of strawberry Tang juice (juice powder)
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of water
2 cups milk (powdered)

1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick melted butter
1 Tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 Cups chocolate chips
1 small box Reece’s Pieces
Mix all ingredients together except the candy. Grease a 9x13 pan. Press batter in pan. Place candies on top. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden.

Condensed Milk Dinner Rolls
INGREDIENTS:
For the dough:
3 ¼ cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon instant yeast
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup milk, room temperature
½ cup condensed milk
1 large egg
2 oz unsalted butter, cut into cubes, room temperature

Two ingredients! Cresent rolls filled with cherry pie filling. Bake at 375° for 13 to 15 minutes. Perfect on a busy day! Lovely portions.
Snicker Bar Bananas: 😋
Cut desired # of Bananas in half.
Using caramel and chocolate syrup (same as used on ice cream) drizzle over banana halves.
Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
Cool in fridge until serving.
Taco bake
1-2 lbs of ground beef - cooked and drained.
Taco seasoning
Nacho cheese Doritos
Potato rounds - cooked
Shredded cheese
One roll of crescent rolls
Preheat oven to 350. Cook your potato rounds until done and set aside. Season and cook your ground beef and drain. Add back to skillet and add your taco seasoning. Set aside. Take a 9x13 baking dish and add your potatoes, ground beef, cheese, Doritos and crescent rolls. Brush crescents with melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes. Let set for a couple minutes and serve with your favorite taco toppings. This was delicious!
Zucchini and Carrot Pasta with Shrimp
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients to make 2 servings:
3/4 pound raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 large zucchini
4 medium-sized colorful carrots

(2) 12 pack Great Value ice cream sandwiches
(1) 16oz tub of Great Value whipped topping
Drizzle of Hershey's chocolate syrup
I layered 12 ice cream sandwiches, cool whip, and drizzled chocolate syrup, then I repeated another layer and froze for several hours before cutting.
LAURA BUSH’S COWBOY COOKIES
Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter, room temperature
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups light-brown sugar, packed
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 cups sweetened flake coconut
2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In a separate very large bowl, beat the butter with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in sugars and mix until thoroughly combined. Add in eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in vanilla.
Add flour mixture and beat on low until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips, oats, coconut, and pecans.
Drop dough in 1/4 cup portions 3 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 15-17 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through. Cookie edges will be lightly browned.
Remove to a wire rack to cool.

You will need two cake mixes
One must be Angel Food the other your choice
Mix the two together in an airtight container and seal it
When you want a treat, get a coffee mug, add 3 Tablespoons of the Cake Mix and 2 Tablespoons of Water. Microwave 1 minute.
So awesome - and this one I made is just 180 calories - not bad when you need something sweet without overdoing it!!!
**Peanut Butter Sheet Cake with Peanut Butter **
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c softened butter
1 c water

These donuts are the most delicious and could not be easier if you have an air fryer. Just take one pack of grands biscuits and cut a hole out of the center. Cook them in your air fryer at 360 for about six minutes or until they’re golden. Flip them once during cook time to make sure they cook on both sides. When you’re finished brush them with melted butter and dip them in cinnamon sugar. They are so delicious and in my opinion better than any donut shop around.
BUTTER PECAN COOKIES
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, toasted
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the toasted chopped pecans, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough (about 1-1.5 inches in size) onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Caramel Pecan Dream Bars
FOR THE CRUST:
1 box yellow cake mix
1/3 cup soft margarine
1 egg
FOR THE FILLING:
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup bits o' brickle baking chips
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
Mix together the cake mix, margarine, and egg and press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Pour filling ingredients (sweetened condensed milk, pecans, bits o' brickle) over the base and bake 25-30 minutes.
Let cool before cutting. Enjoy!

Fajita Chicken Casserole -
Ingredients
4 cups shredded cooked chicken (about 3 large breasts)
2 cups instant rice
1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup frozen diced onion and bell pepper blend
1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with chilies (like Ro*Tel), undrained
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 (1.12-ounce) packet fajita seasoning
1 (8-ounce) shredded Mexican blend cheese (about 2 cups)
Instructions
Lightly spray a 9x13" casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, frozen onion and bell pepper, tomatoes with chilies, chicken broth, fajita seasoning, and about half of the cheese. Mix until well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly. Cover with tin foil and bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover, sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and bake another 10 minutes.

Simple Baked Beef and Pasta Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce
12 ounces uncooked pasta (such as penne, rigatoni, or fusilli)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it's browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet with the ground beef, and cook until the onions are softened, about 5 minutes. Season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir in the marinara sauce and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the beef and sauce mixture, stirring to combine.
Pour half of the pasta and beef mixture into the prepared baking dish, and sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and half of the Parmesan cheese. Add the remaining pasta mixture on top, and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake the casserole for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
