I couldnt share this before as i had posted but my Aunt hadnt recd it . I got a phonecall a few weeks ago from my aunt who is 83 she would love me to make her a blanket for her that fits andi drapes her king size bed ..... so everything got put to one side and i started it for her to enjoy and get the best out of it . She got it today and loves it so much. Im really happy it makes it so worthwhile all the time you put into making something . 😍🤣🤣

Ive been struggling to do any crafts lately but a friend asked me if i could make her another blanket as she sleeps in her chair regular and an accident occurred with one and it had to be thrown away due to her health , the other one her granddaughter has adopted so i knew i couldnt let her down but with it being Jan and being skint i thought what can i do ..... then i remembered i used to make squares out of any left over wool and place them in a bag . I went to my stash and found the bag and yes there are lots of squares so i started joining them together today . Still a long way to go but she will have a cosy blanket soon and ive picked up my hook again . This isnt finished but its started to be joined together
