Or you can call it Japanese noodle stir-fry. The dish first appeared in food stalls in Japan, probably by around the 1930s.

Masih musim hujan nih, saatnya makan ramen. Kali ini melipir ke yang katanya ada ramen authentic Nagoya. Namanya .id
Parkirannya lumayan luas dan outdoor. Kali ini mimin turun untuk take away. Adanya di lantai paling atas.
Mimin order Tsukumen (78K) yang katanya juara menu di sini. Ramen celup dengan kuah kental. Brothnya dari ikan. Menu lainnya tentu mimin pesan Tonkotsu Ramen (72K) dan Gyoza (40K). Ada menu Mazesoba alias ramen kering juga yang katanya andalan, tapi mimin skip dulu kali ini. Hujan-hujan pilihnya kuah.
Karena mau makan di mobil, mimin pesan mie Tsukumen direbus sampai hangat, jangan dingin dan kuah mimin minta panaskan semua dan dipisah.
Pas dibuka, wangi kaldu Tsukumen semerbak. Rasanya cukup unik karena selain gurih, ada sedikit asam, kuahnyapun kental. Kalau mimin sih cocok. Dagingnya cukup empuk dan gak banyak lemak. Tonkotsu Ramen juga gak kalah, kuahnya comforting.

Ini tuh .id asal Nagoya lokasinya di Wang Plaza Kedoya. Kalo kalian belum pernah cobain, cuss cobainnn deh! tsukemennya enakk bangett lohh! Kuahnya kental, gurih dan rich abiss! Sisa kuahnya jangan di buang bisa di bikin risotto pake cheese, corn dan kimchi beeuhh π€€ menu lainnya juga enak2 loh aku s**a yg mini chasu don dan age gyozanyaa!
