Kambo (secretions of the giant monkey frog) is placed on the fresh wounds, where it enters the lymphatic system and bloodstream. It is said to race around the body scanning for problems. This usually results in some immediate side effects, especially vomiting.

This time I started with ( ***f) and while having a new beautiful feeling in my body I also had a full blown pre-purge that almost ✋🏼 stopped me from kambo. I was scared to double purge. But if you know me, you know I said

I took the medicine (Kambo) 10 minutes longer this round for a total of 30min. I was able to better sit in the discomfort & push to see past my mind, emotions & pain..but by no means was I able to just sit with it
I did however have the most loving affirmations flooded over me in the process, which made me incredibly proud.

These dried blood orange slices aren’t all good looks. A little bit tart, a little bit sweet—these dehydrated cocktail accoutrements were preserved by our friends at the Magnolia Floral Texas Etsy Shop. Use them as the finishing touch to any craft cocktail. ⁠

Hosting tip: prepare up your cocktails before your guest arrive. Especially this one which involved cutting up a watermelon, blending the chunks, then straining out the pulp, and squeezing limes. We kept the watermelon juice in the fridge to keep it fresh and cold. It was well worth the effort, the cocktail was delicious and stunning to look at!

Recipe: two cups of fresh watermelon juice, 6 freshly squeezed limes, agave to taste, and lots of tequila (quarter of a bottle per batch), white sugar rim and mint for garnish. 🍉

How delicious do they homemade farfalle (bow tie) noodles look? All it took was flour, egg, and some elbow grease. After rolling out the pasta we cut into squares then pinched the edges together forming a “w” in the center. A little water on the pinch helps bind the dough to help it stay together. After cooking in boiling water for a few minutes we tossed with butter, salt, fresh squeezed lemon and topped with Parmesan cheese. 🍝
