Please be informed that the application period for possible candidates for graduation - Batch 2021 is from December 4-10, 2020.

Please message the Registrar through its official FB page to secure the Application form for Possible Candidates for Graduation. Students must submit their application forms at the Registrar's Office face to face or through online submission on or before the deadline.

Lastly, all applicants are required to comply their lacking credentials in the Administration's office as part of their clearance in taking the Final Exam.

PAALALA:

1. Ang link ay accessible lamang sa mga mag-aaral na activated na ang G-Suite Email Account. Suriin mabuti ang mga data.

2. Para sa Senior High, magkahiwalay ang grade 11 at grade 12. Pindutin o piliin ang sheet kung saan kayo kabilang.

3. Para sa College, magkakasama sa isang sheet ang lahat ng kurso. Ang file ay naka sort ayon sa pagkaka sunod ng subject code. Gamitin ng find button upang maging madali ang paghahanap.

4. Ang Earning Units at Requested subject ay kasama sa file ng college.

5. Ang Edmodo Code ay naka marka ng kulay P**A. Siguraduhin na tama ang inyong code base sa inyong "OFFER CODE" dahil sa offer code nakasulat ang section kung saan kayo kabilang. Suriin mabuti ang offer code sa inyong ERC.

Halimbawa:

OfferCode: 2365B (kayo ay kabilang sa subject na 2365 section B)

6. Ang Edmodo Code ang inyong gagamitin sa pagpasok ng klase sa Edmodo App.
