According to the Project Aristotle study conducted by Google on team performance, the highest performing teams have psychological safety—the confidence that they won’t be punished for making a mistake. Psychological safety at work allows employees to speak their minds, take risks moderately, and be creative and courageous enough to stick their necks out for their employers.

WE ARE MOVING....to a NEW day!!!
With our schedules getting hectic (which is a good thing) we decided to move the podcast to NEW day at the SAME time.

With that, Nellie Medow and I have decided to take a two week summer hiatus starting this week. This will allow time for us to get through this busy summer season and time to schedule some exciting new guests and topics.
