Oct PropTrack Home Price Index, found Brisbane’s median dwelling prices hit 855k in September, with prices rising over 75% in the past 4 years. 10月PropTrack 房價指數發現，9月布里斯班的住宅中位數價格達到85.5萬，過去4年價格上漲超過75%。

Brisbane continues to see strong demand from buyers, especially interstate investors, due to substantial 248k gap between it & Sydney. 由於布里斯班與雪梨之間存在24.8萬的差距，買家尤其是州際投資者的需求持續強勁。

Cottee Park Director Naveen Dath recently recalled the moment in the Treasury Hotel in 2014, where the initial project team were iterating on what the Queen's Wharf development needed to achieve for Brisbane City.

🎈Below, is a sketch created by the incredible team at Cottee Parker Architects upon realising that they needed to achieve a built form that defined the Brisbane skyline, and one that connected Southbank's cultural precinct to the CBD.

🎊Fast forward ten years & a large proportion of that initial sketch has been shaped into the Integrated Resort Development that is Queen's Wharf.

📊根據CoreLogic數據，澳大利亞樓市自去年11月以來，樓價不斷創下新高。其中珀斯、阿德萊德(ADL)和布里斯班(BNE)樓價更是「追落後」瘋狂飆升。According to CoreLogic data, the Australian property market has continued to hit new highs since Nov last year. Among them, property prices in Perth, Adelaide & Brisbane have soared wildly after "catching up".

📈升市最大原因是布里斯班、阿德萊德和珀斯的房屋供應量對比去年同期減少逾30%。The biggest reason for the rise is that the housing supply in Brisbane, Adelaide & Perth has dropped by more than 30% compared to the same period last year.
