2 years ago today I started out as an owner driver....... a little bit daunting but very excited...... 2 years I have learnt an awful lot and made some fantastic working relationships who I also call my friends.....

Plodding down the M42 today and and a stone flicked up and chipped my windscreen 🤬, called this fella out to repair instead of having a new screen in the future and he was at my yard within the hour !!! Fantastic job and you can't even tell, and just to top it off he is a really really nice chap, very highly recommended........ Thank you James you are a gentleman

Nice fresh morning with some lovely views over Woodhead

Managed to get Daisy a good wash yesterday but dunno how's she's gonna look by the end of play today 🤔

It's been a month now with the new truck and all is well, not done massive mileage but racked up just short of 4000 miles, mixture of work with some general haulage and containers via a visit to ADS truck parking for them to give Daisy a spruce up so she looking good going down the road next week, another pleasant week working and visiting some nice folks 😀

Yesterday was the day I took delivery of my 1st brand new truck, many thanks to Jamie @ Brian Currie DAF for everything that made the day special...... but most of all thanks to my wife and 2 daughters that help and support along the way in various different ways...... I couldn't do this without you ❤️, a massive thank you to all the people I work alongside......... I can't call you customers...... you are my friends...... and working together as we do this wouldn't be possible and I am looking forward to many more years of these fantastic working relationships.....thank you.

Looks like a half decent day so thought I'd give these lads a whirl after hearing good reports about them, even gave me a coffee whilst I wait
