1. Any person who is not a regular member, but desires to support the programs and policies of the National Association of Colored Women’s Clubs, Inc., may become an associate member by paying the annual required fee.
2. An Associate Member can attend meetings and have full privilege of discussion but shall not be eligible to vote or hold an office unless she becomes a financial member of the National Association of Colored Women’s Clubs, Inc., through membership in a local club/chapter belonging to her respective State and Regional.
