When I started remembering my childhood trauma last summer, I knew exactly what I NEEDED to do. But didn't feel like I deserved it.

I compared my trauma to others, theirs is much worse. I can't take a seat from them.

I discounted my abuse- it was by other children- it doesn't really count. (I recently learned half of childhood sexual abuse is by a peer- talk about making me feel SEEN)

In October I attended the retreat- which was COMPLETELY FREE thanks to the work that Younique does to raise the funds. Did u know when u shop with me 10% automatically goes to the retreat!?

In the 10 months since attending- I don't even think I need to say it. Because I know it's felt through my posts, my videos, in my stories how much I've improved.
