This is what she shared with me:

"My favorite part about being in the CBD business is helping folks. As corny as it sounds... it's true. Before I started my store I worked for two other CBD Oil companies. What I noticed was that people were loving the products but were not able to afford them on a regular basis. When tax and shipping were added to the price of the product, their total bill went way up. I decided to open my own store and make my own rules. I offer premium grade products at affordable prices. Tax is included in the price and shipping is free, USA only. So the price you see on my website is the total price you pay."

I love this. Sue is making sure that everyone can enjoy and reap the benefits of CBD products.

Then I asked her:
What do you find confusing about online marketing?

"I don't find anything confusing about online marketing. The only hard part is getting exposure. It's not an easy thing to do without spending a lot of money. Even if you have the money, many people are still in the dark about CBD and how it works. Most platforms like FB, IG, Twitter, Amazon, EBAY are not allowing any CBD advertising or selling on their sites. Not all countries have legalized CBD, so the sites mentioned, will not allow it on their platforms. Horrible for the countries where it is legal. I do believe things are slowly changing for the better. People are getting more educated in the field of CBD."

Right on the money Sue. Things are looking up for us, the best thing for us all to do is to focus on brand, build relationships and utilize organic reach!

Being new to CBD, I needed advice on a product to help my ailing father (I initially called the Mini Dispensary because of the reviews). Sue was empathetic and helpful. She didn't push me to buy more than I needed and was sensitive to my situation. My orders always arrive in one to two days, and I think her prices are very fair especially since shipping is free.
