What better reason than my birthday to go extra? 😂 Lemon cake with a lemon frosting and topped with candied lemon zest, chocolate cake with a coffee fudge frosting and topped with milk chocolate crunchy pearls, and a cinnamon cake with whipped mascarpone frosting topped with mini chocolate chips

Today’s cupcake is a lemon cake with a blueberry buttercream frosting. Here in Arizona it’s still over 100 degrees, so these are perfect for relaxing by the pool.

For today, we have chocolate chip cupcakes (second side is the gluten free version) with either a vegan cookie dough frosting or homemade whipped cream

I have officially made my first sale! And I also got my insurance, so you’ll be seeing me at the farmer’s market soon.
The bottom is chocolate cake with chocolate frosting dipped in cookie crumbs and the top is strawberry cake with vanilla frosting.

Happy Easter! We had a carrot patch themed cupcake made from chocolate cake, chocolate whipped cream, crushed cookies, and white chocolate dipped strawberries. What is your favorite dish during Easter? Do you have any fun Easter traditions?
