I’ve cracked the code on the perfect brownie with that 🖤cocoa and the perfect buttery, fudge combination! My mama always put powder sugar on top of her brownies. My in-laws informed me that caramel on top of brownies is also delightful! Then there’s the plain Jane brownie that’s always welcome in my home!

I think it is so cool when someone gets a cake for someone else’s birthday to surprise them with or just make their day really special. Can you imagine getting this for your birthday? 👌🏼

Most of the time, my brother got to choose everything for our birthdays (his is 2 days before mine.) Now I think it’s kind of cool we got to share those moments but then, I would be extra annoyed we had to eat wherever he wanted to. 🤪 Good news is, he would get me food all the time the year we went to high school together so I guess it’s fine. 🤣 Thanks Jeff!

Did you know I love cows? My husband and I ranch near Gothenburg, Nebraska! Hence the name of our bakery (-P Bakery!) I love that some of my supporters are farmers and ranchers in the community and I get to help treat them with goodies. Feeding the ones who feed us makes my heart happy!

My husband saw these and said “Fancy!” So I will probably only ever refer to these beauts as the fancy cupcakes! 😏

Bless this mama for giving me grace these past 3 days. Your kindness goes a long LONG ways.
