It took Marvel 24 years to create a character with speed to rival the Flash's fame after the failure of his first character, Whizzer (1941) against the Flash.

Both and have their fair share of marksmen, but none are as talented as the Su***de Squad's Deadshot or Daredevil's Bullseye. Both characters have striking similarities, such as their ability to land projectiles from any given location and ultimately hit their target. But the question is: which marksman is the better shot?

Bullseye:
Bullseye is a supervillain and psychopathic assassin, Bullseye uses the opportunities afforded by his line of work to exercise his homicidal tendencies and to work out his own personal vendetta against Daredevil. He is also an enemy of the Punisher. Although he possesses no superpowers, Bullseye is able to use almost any object as a lethal projectile, be it weapons like shuriken and sai or seemingly harmless objects like playing cards and pencils. His marksmanship is uncanny, at a nearly supernatural level.

Deadshot:
Floyd Lawton is Deadshot, known as the world's deadliest marksman. His weapons of choice are two guns mounted on each wrist. He began his career as a vigilante in Gotham City, but he later became a highly-priced assassin and mercenary. He has been a core member of the Secret Six and the Su***de Squad.

The two characters are similar in many things in how they transform, their personalities and their abilities after the transformation, as they were both scientists in human form, but some things caused them to fall into the swamp and turn into a swamp monster, knowing that the difference between making the two characters is only two months.

The origin of man thing:
A scientist working on a way to recreate the super soldier serum that created Captain America, seemingly died when his lab in the swamp was destroyed by a terrorist bombing, only to reemerge from the swamp having been turned into a strange creature after exposure to the flawed super soldier serum.

The origin of swamp thing:
In a secret facility located in the Louisiana swamplands, scientist Alec Holland and his wife Linda invented a Bio-Restorative Formula that would solve any nations' food shortage problems. Ferrett and Bruno—thugs working for Nathan Ellery—barged into Alec's lab, knocked him out, and planted a bomb in the facility. Alec woke up just as the bomb exploded, and in flames, he ran into the swamp. His body had been drenched in the bio-restorative formula, and this affected the plant life of the swamp, imbuing it with Alec's consciousness and memories. The newly conscious plant life formed a semblance of a human form and rose up from the bog as the Swamp Thing.

During another archeological dig, 'Berto's parents mysteriously disappeared without a trace. Although they were declared dead, 'Berto continued to hold out hope that they would return. With his parents gone, 'Berto went to live with his paternal grandfather in Sparks, Nevada.

'Berto continued to carry the fossil with him until one day a rockslide occurred nearly burying him. He ran as fast as he could, and it wasn't until he was far away that he noticed his legs had transformed into those of a dinosaur.

How did Beast boy gained his power?
It’s not easy being green, but Garfield “Gar” Logan certainly makes the best of it. After contracting a rare disease as a child, Gar’s parents were forced to administer an experimental genetic treatment involving the DNA of animals with known resistances to the disease as a potential cure.

The good news: their experiment worked. The bad news: it had some pretty dramatic side effects. It turned Gar’s skin, hair and eyes a bright green color and gave him the incredible ability to shapeshift into any animal at will…with just one important caveat. Any form Gar happens to take will also be completely green, no matter what. So much for being able to blend in.

Knull is a eldritch god of darkness and the creator of the symbiotes. Born from the primordial void that existed between the sixth and seventh cosmos, Knull claims dominion over the void and to be its avatar, Awakened by the Light when the Celestials invaded his kingdom of darkness, he created the first symbiote in the form of a sword and decapitated a Celestial. He used the head's divine power to refine the blade.
Waging war against the Light, Knull became a legendary figure of divine terror but eventually found himself stranded on a nameless planet after an inhabitant stole his blade and unwittingly followed in his footsteps. Experimenting with his powers, Knull discovered he could create amorphous parasites from the darkness he controls and merge them with "lesser creatures", so he decided to use this as a way to corrupt the Light.

Knull proceeded to conquer worlds and form a fleet of Symbiote Dragons. When two of his dragons arrived on Earth, the young God of Thunder Thor Odinson struck down one of them and severed Knull's connection to all of the other Symbiote Dragons, who dissipated into countless individual symbiotes, while the other would seemingly be killed by Thor in a mid-air battle, its body plummeting to the depths of the North Sea. Merging with the closest hosts they could find, the Hive was now infected with concepts of honor and nobility, so the symbiotes turned on Knull and trapped him at the core of the throneworld, rebranding themselves "Klyntar" out of their word for "cage".

Later freed by Carnage when he merged with an offshoot of the Grendel, Knull would eventually arrive on Earth and come face-to-face with Eddie Brock, who was the host of the Venom symbiote. Initially gaining the upper hand against Earth's heroes and even killing Eddie, Knull's victory was undermined when Eddie's son Dylan Brock, who was born with symbiote powers, severed Knull's connection to the symbiotes. Suffering from many counterattacks, Knull was killed when Eddie was revived by the God of Light and disintegrated him in the core of the sun.

The Super-Skrull ( Kl'rt ) is from the Skrull world of Tarnax IV which has been destroyed by Galactus. Years before he became the Super-Skrull, He was a decorated soldier in the army and married a Skrull countess from the planet Zaragz'na and had two children, his beloved son named Sarnogg and a daughter named Jazinda, whom he despised.

Because of his duty, he was kept away from his family and after the defeats outnumbered his victories, he was banished from Zaragz'na, and was no longer allowed to see his son.

Skrull emperor Dorrek VII devised a way to strike back against the Fantastic Four, who thwarted the Empire's invasion of Earth. Dorrek chose the warrior Kl'rt, who was given the combined abilities of the Fantastic Four. Kl'rt was stronger than the Thing; had superior flight and greater pyrokinetic ability than the Human Torch; had better control of invisibility and force fields than the Invisible Woman, and could stretch further than Mister Fantastic. The Super-Skrull retained his shapeshifting and hypnotic abilities, and was sent to Earth to defeat the Fantastic Four and pave the way for a new Skrull Empire invasion.

Kl'rt can shapeshift (like all Skrulls) but, thanks to his re-engineering by Skrull scientists, he has versions of the Fantastic Four's superpowers. These include greater malleability; superhuman strength, stamina and durability; flight, heat manipulation and energy projection; invisibility and the creation of invisible force fields. He has developed his expertise over time. The Super-Skrull also has a unique power: the ability to control the minds of others or paralyze them by emitting hypnotic force from his eyes.

He also has some fights against Thor and Captain Marvel.

Rex Mason is Metamorpho, the Element Man. He has been a member of the Outsiders and the Terrifics.

Metamorpho can alter his body into chemical elements and form it to his will. Originally, he was limited to the elements which occur naturally in the human body. Over time, this limitation seems to have disappeared. He can alter the shapes and consistencies of these elements and combine them to form complex compounds. Rex can assume forms of gas, liquid or solid states. Metamorpho can also shape parts and portions of his body instead of the whole. He can form such complex shapes as a tank and a bicycle and such simple forms as a cloud or a spring. The nature of Rex's body provides him with natural body armor, offering damage resistance from blunt attacks and energy attacks.

In Ancient Egypt during the reign of Pharaoh Ramses II, the priest Ahk-Ton discovered a fallen meteor, from which he crafted the Orb of Ra, a powerful artifact that would be used as a weapon in the future.
Millennia later, Rex Mason, a soldier for hire, was contracted by Simon Stagg to find the Orb of Ra. When he found it, his cohort, Java, stole it and left Rex in the light of an ancient meteor. This meteor transformed Mason into Metamorpho, the Element Man.

He started a career as a hero and he was always assisted by Sapphire Stagg Mason and her father Simon Stagg. As Metamorpho, he participated in several cases, most of them on his own, but sometimes he would help other heroes in need.
Rex continued his adventuring solo, until the day when Batman's associate, Lucius Fox, was kidnapped in Markovia by Baron Bedlam. At just that time, Metamorpho had been seeking a cure from Markovian scientist, Dr. Helga Jace. Metamorpho aided in overthrowing Bedlam and decided to stay on with this new group of heroes, whose name he coined: the Outsiders.

( He is one of the main enemies of the superhero Hulk).

Croatian spy Emil Blonsky was sent to America to infiltrate the New Mexican Air Force base where Bruce Banner did his research. However, Blonsky's attempts to sabotage nuclear missiles were unsuccessful. After snooping around in Banner's lab, he activated a machine that bombarded him with enormous amounts of gamma radiation, and transformed him into a green monster that was dubbed "an Abomination".
Gaining strength physically twice that of the Hulk, and keeping his heightened intelligence, Blonsky began a life of destruction around the world. But, even with his new power, Blonsky only found himself filled with bitterness and resentment towards Banner.
Seeing Banner as better off, but as a rampaging, destructive monster at the same time, Blonsky devoted most of his efforts to bringing Banner down. Blonsky continually attacked Banner, or endangered his love, Betty Ross, trying anything he could to destroy Banner. However, Blonsky's efforts were always in vain, as nothing he ever did was enough to crush Banner's spirit.
