Sometime in 1984 Tex and the Horseheads played a show in San Diego with then unsigned Mojo Nixon and Skid Roper opening up the affair. I remember myself and Enigma records Ron Goudie being blown away by these two fabulous nuts. Ron signed em and soon we were off on tour of Europe where we recorded “Tex and the Horseheads Live, Tot Zeinz “ in Holland. Being freinds with these two was ride not to be forgotten. Here I’m helping out on slide guitar as Mojo digs up Howlin Wolf.
