Sight lines play an important factor when it comes to flow and navigating interior spaces. For this small home we wanted an uninterrupted view from front to rear. A new patio door will replace the old window adding natural light and enhancing the interior flow with direct access to the backyard from the family room.

We finally have a dumpster and that means it's demolition time! We are finally starting our next investment renovation project! This is going to be so much fun and challenging as we add a full bath to the 2nd floor of this home. I can't wait to share our progress. This one has a very special place in my heart for so many reasons!

The start of a new year is a great time to plan home renovation and design projects. Here's a quick peak at our most recent full bath renovation project. We still have a few items to complete but it turned out beautiful.
Out with the old and in with the new.
Our clients wanted to update their guest bath with new modern features. This project required a full demo removing the shower/tub insert, the tile floor, and the existing vanity.
