It's and few days ago, My team and I decided to visit makoko in celebration of the girl-child day to empower the girls, amplify their voices and gift them feminine hygiene products.
Period poverty is not well talked about and it makes me sad because so many girls aren't privileged enough to get feminine hygiene products and this predispose them to preventable illnesses.

Rants, Maybe.
Having insomnia, so I thought why not give this a trial.
This was one of the saddest moments in my life. I was on a video call with the man after my heart, ranting of course . I just discovered that I was duped of 500k at Ibadan on my way to Ilorin. As much as I looked so pretty 🤭, I was hurting so much inside. I really didn’t know how to refund the money back to the owner. I felt sad. But I told myself that I can’t keep crying over things I can’t control. I got to work immediately. Worked extra shifts, and I got help from friends, I have great friends and of course, I have Allah.
I remember doing multiple tahajjud because I needed money.

Looking back, I really couldn’t have survived it if I didn’t have trust in God. Most times, we are shy to ask for our needs because of our sins and other times, we simply don’t pray because we’re ashamed that we wouldn’t get forgiveness.
We forget that our Lord is ever forgiving and always willing to answer our prayers.
So, Just forget about your sins, sincerely repent and Pray.

Another thing, I realized is that I had a very good support system. Sometimes, we think we don’t need others to strive or succeed. When in the actual sense, Humans need each other to become an important figure. We all need a good strong relationship, a symbiotic relationship with our own circle.
