Yesterday was so amazing even with me running on No Sleep at all plus Cutting the trip of 2 of my fingers almost off at 3am!!!

I did a successful brunch for 60 at my Church The Fellowship of Faith Church Madison Campus and everyone absolutely loved the food… one of the Memebers sent me pictures because I was so busy working in the kitchen.

Freedom finally came on June 19, 1865, when some 2,000 Union troops arrived in Galveston Bay, Texas. The army announced that the more than 250,000 enslaved black people in the state, were free by executive decree. This day came to be known as "Juneteenth," by the newly freed people in Texas.
