Keeping it interesting with yet another 1 off project here! Franke Trucking was approached with a special project moving a product out on a short deadline of only 2 weeks, a short window for delivering each day at the dump site and a curve ball of having to also load out all the product ourselves. Our team hit the paper hard to figure out a way to make this work in the short time we had to complete the project. Once we had the official “approval” we scrambled some resources and knocked the project out in just one week, and one week ahead of their deadline. We strive to be successful by finding solutions for our customers and helping them be successful in their journey, and we will stop at nothing to make that happen! Shoutout to our dedicated team of drivers for all their hard work, not only on this project but every single day! 💪 😎

We have very flexible schedules and do our best to make things work out for our team members. When it comes to appointments, vacations and so on we work with that and make it happen. We love having our crew with us every day, but we realize everyone has a life to live too. We pride ourselves on making a good balance of work/life for everyone, if you're a 40-50 hour a week person and enjoy a Monday - Friday Schedule, we do our best to make that happen. If you like 60-70 hours a week we can cater to that too! Maybe you want to work weekends with a day or two off during the week instead of your standard Saturday & Sunday off, we truly cater to your preferences the best we can!

We also have our own repair shop to get our repairs done. We want to repair our vehicles when something is not working correctly and keep them in great working order. Newer equipment for both trucks and trailers.

We are looking to add drivers to our great team! Local area work, can be based out of Fargo or Grand Forks. We do many different things utilizing side dumps, end dumps, walking floors, live bottoms, dry vans and tankers. Class A CDL required along with 3 years verifiable experience, tanker endorsement beneficial or the ability to acquire a tanker endorsement within a short time (non hazmat just tanker which is a written test only). Year round work, competitive pay, newer trucks, benefits package and flexible schedules are available.
