can you believe weโre going in so the last quarter of twenty twenty ? ? this year has definitely been one for the records and how quick it is going by is beyond my comprehension.
Tomorrow it will be October 1st which means the next day is Christmas๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
Right around this time people start analyzing their year and reflecting back to all those new years resolutionsโฆ
hopefully you have made conscious efforts to work on those intentions you set in the beginning of the yearโฆ But if you havenโt, just know that youโre one decision away from starting...

๐ Do not skip breakfast.
๐ Keep healthy snacks options at home (Simple ones that are easy on the go are best.)
๐Have meals lined up and planned. Meal prepping saves time and also last min decisions. Even if you do the meal prep every 2-3 days.
๐Plan to up your water intake. The more water you drink, the more youโre cleaning out your body of toxins.
๐ Control portion sizes (donโt be afraid to eat.)
๐Incorporate physically active as often as you can. (15-20 min when you wake up or before bed makes a huge difference.)
๐Work on your mind. All of this is based on will power, the more you work on your mind, the more control you will have.

Made it to the gym today because I made a commitment to myselfโฆ After two rest days back to back, I couldnโt go three days in a row without going to the gymโฆ What happens is we got comfortable and we create habits very easilyโฆ What is one, day turns into three days, turns into a week, turns into months months...
Itโs important to always have our goals in mind and learn to be disciplinedโฆ Today I definitely wasnโt motivated especially going so late on a Saturday but I made my way there and definitely feel 100x better than when I got there.
Tips to stay focused and determined:
1. Tell yourself your going to do it, repeat all day ๐
2. Put in your workout clothes early or all day ๐คฃ (it helps)
3. Set an alarm
4. Tell another person where your going ( helps keep you accountable)
5. Donโt think why you shouldnโt go .. think about why you should

The weekend is in the horizonโฆ Almost thereโฆ Who else lives for the weekends?? Honestly, itโs part of nature to me but I am working super hard to no longer wait for the weekends, Iโm working for the life where every day is a weekend.

I remember when I used to kill myself at the gym and never get the results that I wantedโฆ I would force myself to work out because I hated my body vs going now because I love it. I thought that I can eat whatever I wantedโฆ Fast food, cookies, soda, coffee loaded with syrups.. and because I would work out I would be fine!! Ha I was soooo mistaken๐๐ป
did you know that living a healthy lifestyle/ getting results is 80% nutrition 20% healthy exercise/activity!?!

it starts in your mindset. Many times we tell ourselves that we want to go for some thing, that we want to start working on or implementing some thing newโฆ But the will power is not there in the beginning we are not strong enough to push past our comfort zone.
iโve been there many times stuck wanting change but not physically doing anythingโฆ
in order to have change you have to change your daily habitsโฆ Work on strengthening your mindset a strong mindset will push you even when your body tells you otherwise โบ๏ธ
Today was of those long days at work so many different things going on and so many things that I had to do for my business after work but in order for me to show up in every part of my life, I have to show up for myself first and working out is me showing up for ME!
Start working on that mindset and start believing and you will be unstoppable ๐๐ป

Growing up in New Jersey we have the beauty of seeing all the seasons. I must admit Fall is one of my favorites (obviously after the summer) ๐Iโm a summer baby!!
I am truly looking forward to the change of weather, that nice crisp chill in the air, the coziness at home with fall scented candles and warm tea, the beauty of the changing of the leaves, and that Fall fashion!

going into this new week full of positivity and intentionsโฆ Can you believe September is almost over?? Honestly where is this year going?? I donโt know if Iโm excited that itโs leaving so fast or if Iโm wanting it to slow downโฆ Do you feel me?? ๐
Anyways, I love Mondaysโฆ I was never a Monday person in the past, I was always one of those people like oh hell no itโs Monday again dragging myself to work, dragging myself through the dayโฆ Once I got started on my healthy lifestyle and became a part of Herbalife and started working on setting goals and intentions for my days, weeks, months ..I had some thing to strive for, something exciting, something that fueled me, and I was passionate about.
now Mondays to me are a brand new start, a brand new week full of so much that can be attained if you just go after it!
I hope you donโt dread your Mondaysโฆ But if you do, just look at it in another set of lenses...this is a brand new day that you were blessed with ..go after it and make of it what you desire!!

Happy Sunday friendsโฆ This afternoon I was able to host a zoom meeting with our challengers and make these delicious FroYo treats they are infused with our strawberry lemonade beauty booster and they taste so delicious!
I love how weโre always thinking of new things to implement to our clientsโฆ Canโt wait until these babies freeze so I can have them as a treat later.

Itโs important to love ourselves for who we are and not comparing ourselves to others and how we wish we can be or look.. each one of us is different and unique and that is whatโs special about us thereโs nothing more beautiful than owning it and being confident in our own skin.
How do we start? Taking measurable steps daily to work on ourselves.. eating right, working out, fueling our mind and life with positivity ...taking care of ourselves and loving ourselves through self care.
