So, we have been taking a few well earned weeks off! But have we been sat on our bums doing nothing? No! Firstly, we have secured some unbelievable collaborations with big organisations, both local and a little further afield for the back end of 2019 rolling into 2020. Secondly, unlike last year, we will be trading with Grub at their new home at Redbank(Manchester) throughout the year and not just in the summer. Third, we have developed a new side menu which will be rolled out in the new year, which we are very proud of and hope you love! Fourth, we have been working hard with brilliant local suppliers of ingredients to get the very best we can, because the pizza and bread will be even better, and you guys deserve the best! Lastly, after a few issues with late delivery last year. We have had the time to get the bread banging and ready for sale. Something that was really important to us from the very beginning. Along with a very busy summer of weddings and festivals in 2020, we will also be residing in at least one permanent address which will be ace! Enjoy the weekend! Big love! DoughNCo❀❀❀❀

3 Reasons you should have caught us this weekend! 1: It was the last ever Grub at Mayfield Depot before moving to their new venue. 2: It was our last event before having a nice well earned break in October. 3: We turned 2 on Sunday, and we have had an unbelievable journey over the last 2 years meeting some amazing talent and brilliant people. A brilliant evening up at this time serving Craig and Sam and all of their guests for a superb wedding! The 'Margherita' always a sure fire winner regardless of the occasion! A little bit of a younger dough than usual, but baked up an absolute treat!

Only 3 public dates this month, really busy with weddings and parties! Join us at the awesome 'Blackjack Brewery' on the 23rd August and then a double header at the superb 'Rivington Brew Co' on the 24th/25th all with the added bonus of being a bank holiday weekend. September dates to follow, then it looks like the Roman/Lazio style tray pizzas and sourdough breads will launched in October. That's the plan and it looks like it is going to happen. A year later than planned! Better late than never innit!

Absolutely cracking vegan event GRUB Mayfield Manchester this one a zucca base seasoned with roasted garlic and garam masala, topped with kalamata olives, friarielli and basil. Finished with house pickled red onions balancing the sweet squash base a treat. Went down a storm! 😎

Next side dish to pop up, this one loosely based on a Sicilian 'Caponata' without it actual becoming a stew. Everything chargrilled to limit the amount of oil used. Courgettes, aubergines, tomatoes, summer herbs, garlic, sherry vinegar and chilli! Tastes superb! Again available as a pizza topping, but this one on two slabs of sourdough! 🀘🏻🀘🏻😎

So other than getting some more refrigeration so we can produce more dough, we are also developing a bit of a side menu to work alongside our pizza. We bake sourdough breads so would like to work this into our menu too, if anybody has any ideas that they would like to see please let us know. πŸ™‚πŸ™‚
