This peanut butter cups overnight oats recipe might be my new favorite! I love starting me day off with me two favorite ingredients peanut butter and chocolate!

Ingredients
• 1.5 cups gluten-free oats
• 1/4 cup chia seeds
• 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1.5 cups almond milk
• 2 tbsp peanut butter
• Melted dark chocolate to top

If you love quesadillas then you’ll love this egg roll egg cheese quesadilla recipe! I grew up eating egg cheese quesadillas, but I wanted an extra crispy crunch this time so I use an eggroll wrapper. I also added some chili oil for that extra spice!

• 2 cups All purpose flour
• 1 cup + 1 tbsp warm water

Scallion infused oil
• 2 stalks scallions
• 2 tsps salt
• 1 tsp white pepper
• 3 tbsp all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup olive oil

More olive oil for cooking (2 tbsp per pancake)

Today we are making vegetarian potstickers! I know you guys love my dumpling and wonton recipes, however they all contain some sort of meat. There are many vegan and vegetarian followers on my site so I wanted to make a potstickers recipe just for you guys (and even meat eaters since they are so delicious).

INGREDIENTS

Filling
• 12 oz coleslaw mix cut cup into smaller pieces
• 1 oz sweet potato glass noodles cut up into small pieces
• 5 oz tofu crumbled
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1 tsp ginger minced
• 1 stalk green onion diced
• 1 tsp sesame oil

Dumpling
• 25-30 circular dumpling wrappers
• 4 tbs water

This is gonna be your new favorite way to scramble your eggs. I got some fire roasted green chilies from my farmers market and I thought it would pair perfectly with my eggs in the morning! I also added some cream cheese to get a super creamy texture!

Ingredients
• 3 to 4 large eggs
• 1 diced up fire roasted green chili or 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
• 1 teaspoon water
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

• 1 tbsp instant coffee m
• 1 tbsp granulated sweetener
• 1 tbsp boiling water
• You can whip the coffee to get that dalgona coffee texture if you want!

Today we can Italian turkey meatball stuffed with mozzarella! These are perfect when pairs with a lemon olive oil arugula salad!
