We are all trying to stay active, fit and healthy in this time of isolation but it can be pretty depressing staying at home all day... it's so easy to fall into kind of emotional overeating now. So i decided to post this today to remind you: WE ARE WHAT WE EAT
Try to eat whole foods and avoid processed ones. Actually staying at home gives us opportunitie to plan and prepare our meals in a helthy way. Also mind that calorie intake should be less than when you work as we dont burn so much.. yes we do workout but rest of time most probably we spend sitting in front of tv or computer, watching news, movies, favourite tv series...
So mind both, quality and quantity of food you eat, workout at least once a day and stay positive 💪
