The cutest and most wholesome sunday with my gorgeous 💓🍂⁣

The last few weeks I was in the worst place mentally, literally crying most days 😅 ⁣
⁣
Instead of focusing on what I couldn’t control, I decided to put my energy into doing things that would benefit me and help me grow as a person, as well as heal ✨ ⁣
⁣
I decided to start a group and this is where I met a new friend. ⁣
⁣
We spent the cutest morning running round Battersea, before getting an AMAZING pistachio pain au chocolat and coffee, and finishing with some charity shop finds 💓⁣
⁣
Trying to heal my inner child and do things that will benefit me.⁣
Instead of always focusing on what I need to change and haven’t got , I’m trying to appreciate all I have got and what is yet to come 🍂

Reintroducing myself as I want my page to be more fitness and nutrition related ✨ ⁣

My names Leah and I’m a level 3 personal trainer, studying towards level 4, and I recently qualified as a level 4 expert nutrition coach 🍉 ⁣
⁣
I went from a sedentary lifestyle which included binge drinking and partying to changing my life around after I was diagnosed with a progressive medical condition called Lipoedema.⁣
⁣
Although there’s no cure to this condition I decided to turn my life around and invest in my own health 💜 ⁣
⁣
My aim for my page is to provide education, tips, as well as nutritional information 🍎 ⁣
