For more than twenty-two years your TRUST in us has been the cornerstone of all our efforts to maintain a safe, updated, high-quality Dental Practice.
But now we are faced with what people call “the new normal”. We do not take this term lightly as we know that this puts into test the TRUST you have given us. In response, we have instituted not just physical but also procedural changes on how we do things that are evidence-based. The most important factor of having an isolated negative- pressure operatory is something we have prioritized and accomplished even through the quarantine days. This is of paramount concern since we cannot allow any respiratory aerosols to linger in our operatory before, during, and after a patient comes for everyone’s safety. Complementary to this is the high volume evacuators which trap aerosols at mouth level. We have also started to use ultraviolet sterilization, a method that hospitals use to disinfect the workplace. And slow as they may come but we have stocked-up on our PPE’S and we adhere to the concept of “ NUMBER OF PPE’S = NUMBER OF PATIENTS”.
We want you to be fully informed of all the procedural, workflow changes we have started even before you come on your next visit to us and we shall send this information to whatever social media platform/text is convenient for you. Questionnaires will also be sent. And as you have placed your TRUST in us, we place our TRUST in you to answer with all honesty and candor.
