What a wonderful class we had last night! I can’t wait for the next one January 19th. We are taking a short break next month to relax with our families but we will be back in January and we are ready to start off the new year with more workshop ideas!

Hola 👋🏽 Our workshop is just one week away! Have you signed up yet? We’d love to see you there on November 29th! Here’s the deets! We are hosting it at the Bizstarts Community Market from 6:30pm-8pm. Our herb topic is on Turkey Tail Mushroom! We will be offering bone broth, mushroom broth, arepas and teas! We will also provide all the painting supplies for you to paint the beautiful herb. It’s good for you people that are visual spatial like me. ;) I remember things by drawing and taking notes. Jenny recommends to bring a notebook for notes or feel free to take notes on your art piece too.

Price: $30 for one ticket, $50 for two tickets

RSVP by the 22nd so we can know how many arepas to make. 😋

Hello! Hope everyone had a good Tuesday! Anyone interested in joining in our workshop related to Hawthorn Berry? It’s from 6:30pm-8:00pm. The address is 1510 Underwood Avenue in Wauwatosa. Jenny will be teaching you all about the properties of how Hawthorn Berry is beneficial for you. What I’ve learned so far it is used to help protect against heart disease and help control high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I’ll leave Jenny to explain the rest. I’ll be instructing you on how to paint it. I’ll also have a drawing sheet for you to take home. Let us know’ space fills up pretty quickly each time! 😁 we are grateful for the interests.
