Polishing off album songs. Track 13 - Static : Motion, mixed & vocals have been recorded, nearly finished.

The album is SO near to completion and I honestly can't wait for everyone to hear it!! I've actually got a whole heap of new ideas and am already starting to work on my next collection of songs which is exciting!! Still working on new material!! Here's a preview of Love Unlimited which is very fresh, smooth funky feel to it with some nice synth vibes and the standard beeps & bleeps, still plenty of work to do! I'm batching quite alot of new ideas at the moment, so loving it. On the album front, we are mixing the final 2 tunes, and once mixed, that will take the album tracks up to 14. Im really hoping for it to be released this year!!! Got loads of music in the making!! All very different. Loads of different influences. Last nights visit to for open system to preview some finished material, thank you for a great night, good to bump into some familiar faces.

Recording has now concluded on the album, nearly 2 years after it begun, a milestone. We will sit down and listen to the mixes, and the the countdown will begin to release it.

I am also nearing the end of The Late Night Conversations e.p, so it will probably be a double whammy of new music for you all.

•Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun•

Studio mixing for Exist/Evolve are now in the final stages so it should be finished within the next few weeks which will finally wrap up the album!! I have so many other tunes I'm currently working on and can't wait to share them with you all!! Its a never ending conveyor belt of creativity, time is my only hurdle at the moment, working late into the night with my head deep into cubase, loving every minute of it.

Quick update on the album. Currently in the fine tuning stage for the final song Evolve/Exist hoping to have this finished within the next few weeks!! Then start wrapping this beast up, its been a long hard slog.

Throw back to the first Projëkt In Sound release back last summer, recorded mostly at my home studio and mixed & mastered at Sidrat Studios. Initially I had the piano chords and built the rest of it in cubase just experimenting with different sounds until I was happy. What do you think??

I've been working hard on Exist/Evolve (appearing on THE album) & Static In Motion (Late Night Conversations E.P) very happy with them both, much respect to Dan Hewett who has been doing a sterling job on Exist/Evolve, bringing his A game on this track and throughout the entire album, having appeared and co-written some of the songs. Top Man. Really excited about the finale of the album and Exist is a fitting send off.

The album is now officially in the closing stages with Exist/Evolve (The album finale) in the mixing stage, so I have started planning artwork for digital & vinyl release, which I'm now settled on. I'm continuing to work on new tunes, Static in motion & Strange House are both being worked on and will both appear on The Late Night Conversations E.P along with Levitate and Consequence Of Love. The guitar has been out and taking it back to basics which is great, coming up with some cool songs.

Wow! 25 years old today! A great album which I remember fondly, saw these guys at V99. What a class weekend that was. Congrats for making a timeless album which I never tire of listening to.

I've been celebrating the birth of my son for the last week and a half, and its pretty much blown me away (in an amazingly good way) I'm really determined to carry on creating new music, inspiration is very easy right now, looking forward to completing the album & E.P and sharing my music to the world 🌎

Happy Sunday all!.. been abit quiet on the social platforms of late, so here's some news. The album is coming on a bundle and the final mix of 'Disapearing Act' (Track 9) is now finished, made a late decision of adding some vocals to this, so I'll be adding these once I'm satisfied with a melody and lyrics then moving on to the soundscape track of the album, which I'm excited about. Also, I've completed the production on 'Consequence Of Love' which will be released on the four track E.P Late Night Conversations. Really hoping to release something for you all to hear soon!

So here we are...Twenty Twenty Three & thanks once again for spinning my last single *STILL FRAME* on the wireless, you are a star 🌟. Had plenty of teasers in Twenty Twenty Two but now is the time to deliver, as usual have been grafting with new ideas, sounds and experimental noise and can't wait to deliver you all the final products!! Will be back at the studio this week to continue working on Disapearing (act?) .... cheers Mr Wheelhouse & all at CCR

Thank you to !! Colour In The Calm made it to number 20 in their best local alternative tracks of the year. I'm made up with this!!.. Projëkt In Sound was an idea devised by myself with the aim to design music without specific genres in mind, so literally a sound project, if it sounds good and floats my boat then it fits, no boundaries or barriers, so thanks for the nod & your continued support throughout means alot.

Currently nine songs into an album with 2-3 songs & soundscapes remaining. 2023 will be the year of release, I cant wait for you all to hear it. In the meantime, I have a four song E.P (Late Night Conversations) which I'm working on to be released asap.

This year has been great musically. I will continue to push on.

Big thanks to you all who have supported Projëkt In Sound in the last year. Predominantly this is a studio plan but to do a live show (somehow) could be cool.

This will be the last release from the ongoing album for a while, but next stop is the four track E.P 'Late Night Conversations' which will be showcasing yet more sides to this rolling sound machine, which, (fingerscrossed) will be available to you all early 2023.

This song was engineered & produced by
From Sidrat Studios but was initially first recorded by myself (Danb) then given the shiny treatment. It was written during the whole thing, so a while ago now. I was so fed up of hearing the usual gubbins from political meat heads (Lies, self gain etc..) that I had to pen my frustrations.
