To apply, use your fingers or a flat brush - like the E01 for precision application or the E03 for building color over a larger area.

This formula takes a few minutes to dry down to a transferproof finish, for that reason we recommend applying it in areas that don't crease - like the inner corner, lower lash line, as or over winged eyeliner, on the brow bone, cheeks, eyebrows, etc. If you apply this product over the crease of your eye we recommend waiting for it to dry down completely before opening your eye.
