Salad with prunes

Ingredients:
500 g boiled chicken fillet,
5 boiled eggs,
2 cucumbers,
100 g of hard cheese,
200 g prunes,
100 g of nuts,
mayonnaise or sour cream,
salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Preparation:
The salad is laid out in layers, each layer is smeared with mayonnaise. As a dressing, you can use mayonnaise mixed in equal proportions with sour cream. For piquancy, you can add garlic to the sauce.
1. Put the sliced chicken fillet in the first layer.
2. On top of the meat, put a layer of grated boiled eggs.
3. Put the next layer of grated cucumbers on a large grater. If the cucumbers are very juicy, it is better to drain the excess juice.
4. Put the prunes cut into cubes on top of the cucumbers.
5. Sprinkle the prunes with chopped nuts.
6. Sprinkle the final layer with cheese.
7. Give the salad a little brew and you can serve.

POTATO ZRAZY

INGREDIENTS:
● 500 gr-.lean pork;
● 1, 5 kg-potatoes;
● 1-onion ;
● 50 gr.butter
● 1/2 Cup flour
● 100 gr.vegetable oil for roasting zraz
● salt and pepper - to taste

PREPARATION:
The pork flesh is passed through a meat grinder, adding salt and pepper to taste. Onions are crushed and fried with minced meat. From potatoes prepare a steep puree, (cool) adding salt, butter and flour, salt, spices to taste. The flour must be mixed evenly, avoiding lumps, so that the potato mince is as uniform as possible.

From the potato dough on the palm of the hand, blanks are made, the size of a palm, in the middle of which they put minced meat and form zrazy. As soon as the zrazy are formed, they are placed on a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fried until a crust appears. Fry zrazy on each side.

Ingredients:
for the dough:
drain oil. 200 gr.
flour 3 stack.
egg 1 PC.
salt 1 sliver.
vinegar 1 tbsp.
cold water 2/3 stack.

for the cream:
sugar 150 gr.
cottage cheese 600 gr.
drain oil. 75 gr.
yolk 3 PCs.
vanilla on the tip of a knife
blueberries 1 Cup

Preparation:
Preparing the dough.Drain oil. a soft mix with the eggs,add salt,vinegar,water.Stir.Last of all, add the flour.Knead the dough,it should turn out like soft plasticine.Remove in the cold while cooking the cream.

Preparing the cream.RUB the curd through a sieve,mix it with sugar,egg yolks, and vanilla in a ladle.Last of all, add the soft oil.Put on a small fire, constantly stirring to bring to a boil, cook for 2-3 minutes until thick.Keep in mind that when the cream cools down, it will thicken a little more.

Divide the dough into 10 pieces.From each thinly roll out a tortilla.Bake on a DRY! pan, over low heat, on both sides.Pierce each side with a fork in several places so that the cakes do not swell.Each ready-made cake cut off by attaching a plate to the example.Trim chop (for sprinkling the sides of the cake)

Simple, easy and fast.
Prepare and invite your family to tea!

Ingredients:
1 pack (200 g) of oil
3 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 Cup sugar
10 gr. dry yeast
jam or jam, jam to your taste.

Sift the flour into a bowl to saturate it with air. So the bagels will turn out lush. Add the dry yeast to the flour and stir. On a large grater, RUB the oil directly into a bowl of flour. Now use your fingers to RUB the flour and butter to a fine crumb.

Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy and pour the egg mass into the prepared dough, knead.

The finished dough can be left a little, for 10-15 minutes, so that it "came to life". Then roll out part of the dough in a circle, brush with jam or any jam to your taste, leaving the edges dry and cut into sectors-large or small, as you like. Now roll up the bagels and spread on a floured baking sheet.

You can also first cut the dough into sectors, only then grease each with jam. This depends on the consistency of the jam and your preferences. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
