Recently I heard someone perform through spoken word and it moved me tremendously. A simple, yet powerful way of communicating. I often shy away from sharing some of these thoughts as I still continue to battle with self confidence when it comes to opening my heart with the world.

I want to change that. I want to view it as more of an opportunity to speak to someone who may not often be spoken to.

I hope you enjoy this first video in a hopeful series of my spoken word. This I present is....I wish I knew then, what I know now.

Did this video change your mind on this saying? what are your thoughts? would you like to see or hear more of these?

I felt it was important and imperative for me to share this. The post transformation downfall. I slipped. Badly. I stopped working out, went on vacation, ate awful and ruined a lot of hard work and progress. the worst part to me....I kept justifying why I was doing it. "You earned this" I said. "Enjoy your vacation", but it wasn't enjoyment. it was borderline uncontrollable actions.

After several weeks of low carbs and peak week of next to 0 carbs and being in a severe caloric deficit, when I reintroduced food and carbs to my body I couldn't stop. I spent a week and a half eating everything....and everything bad. I kept eating and could not find the spot where I said "ok I am full!"

it reached a point where I put on most of the weight I had lost and just felt disconnected from myself. I kept pitying myself and feeling down.

It took me to a dark place I had not been in a while, but truly, I am grateful for this. It gave me a chance to meditate, reflect and revisit my purpose. This is where my Unbeatble Mind training became so crucial. Typically in the past, these downfalls lasted months and even years before I had enough, this lasted a little over a week before I was able to readjust and correct what I needed to. That's huge progress for me.

Why am I sharing this? To let you know its ok and that we all go through it. what is NOT ok, is to give up the good fight and quit on yourself. Ready for the next adventure and eager to see what other lessons I am supposed to learn as I navigate this journey of life.

Be Blessed!

28/06/2020

I have made the decision to participate in the 2021 KEYS100 Ultra Endurance race! This is a 100 mile Endurance race throughout the Keys in Florida. You have 32 hours to complete this race and I still cannot believe that these words are coming out of my mouth!

I am excited, nervous and well proud of myself for the progress I have made in life. I truly used to believe that I couldn't accomplish things in my life and I just wasn't "good enough". I now believe I have a limitless potential and am on a mission to prove to everyone just what we as humans can do.

I cant wait to share my journey with you all!!!

I had the absolute honor and privilege of being able to sit down with for the latest episode of Purpose Through Fitness.

Freddie's story is a remarkable one and I highly recommend anyone looking for some inspiration to check it out!

I must admit as well that of all of the achievements and great things that Freddie has done, the thing I respect the most is his big heart and desire to help others. He has made it his mission to help encourage others to push their limits and acheive their dreams. This has led him to creating the Starting At Zero challenge in which he is looking for 10 ordinary people to run from the Northern tip of the UK to the southern tip (874 miles) in order to show and prove what humans are capable of. You can join his Facebook group Starting at zero and I highly encourage you to follow Freddie!

NEW EPISODE OUT! LINK IN description

🚨🚨🚨GIVEAWAY ALERT🚨🚨🚨 (Head over to my IG for details

https://www.instagram.com/pathtoahigherself

This episode I welcome He is a motivational speaker, the Founder and President of the Human Communications Institute, and Author of the book Average Sucks He works with entrepreneurs, athletes, executives, and Fortune 500 companies, offering courses, live events, and leadership training for those who want to achieve a life beyond limits.

There are certain times in life where you have the distinct privilege of speaking to someone who instills a deep sense of meaning and knowledge in to your life. This was one of those moments. Michael has been in the field of personal and leadership development for over 20 years and has a unique way of communicating his message.

In this interview we discuss just what it means to be average (for you) and how you can rise up to be a better version of yourself. No matter what status in life you are in you have "your average". These are the things you do that keep you where you are and many of us do not identify this, nor take a chance at improving our average.

The key in life is progressing. When progression stops, or we get "comfortable" we tend to fall backwards. This isn't to say you cannot be happy with where you are, on the contrary, if you are happy where you are currently, that's great! But this should not stop you from wanting to be in a better position 5 years from now.

GIVEAWAY!!! HUGE OPPORTUNITY!

Looking for 2 qualified candidates. 100% FREE

Do you wish you had the mental toughness of a Navy SEAL? Do you seek the confidence to deal with any threat, to steer any situation to a positive outcome? If so, you can now learn the inner secrets of Navy SEAL Mental Toughness and a develop a Warrior Offensive Mind-set.

Most people think mental toughness when they imagine a Navy SEAL. What they don’t expect is the thoughtful, yoga-innovating, joking and laughing, professor of leadership named Mark Divine.

At twenty-six he graduated as Honor Man ( #1-ranked trainee) of SEAL BUD/S class number 170. Mark served for nine years total on active duty and eleven as a Reserve SEAL, retiring as Commander in 2011. His leadership of teams was so effective the government tasked him with creating a nationwide mentoring program for SEAL trainees. Not only did it increase the quality of SEAL candidates, it reduced BUD/S attrition rate up to five percent.

I personally have seen the benefits of this program. Completing my first marathon, taking on a 24 hour physical challenge with no rest, 6 day water fast, deep spiritual awakening, and finding my true purpose. All of these were possible because of this program.

As an unbeatable mind coach in training, I have the good fortune of picking 2 candidates to learn the Unbeatable Mind program and help you uncover your hidden potential. You will work with me for sessions (Approximately 4-6 Months) in which I will help guide you to unlocking your 20x potential.

If you are interested, please send me a DM and I will reach out with a few questions to determine if you are a good fit. This program will require hard work and dedication on your end, but if you follow through, you will begin to shift your life and become a true warrior.

Purpose Through Fitness with Kevin Fedish: Episode 20: A Different Side To A Popular Story 19/05/2020

Hey everyone!

I am looking for some feedback on this episode. Its unlike anything I have done before but I had fun writing the story and telling it.

I want to start a series of famous stories and take the main villain and give them more of a backstory that will allow us to look at them in a different light.

Any feedback is appreciated, good and bad. What you liked, what you didn't like. Areas you think could improve etc..

Purpose Through Fitness with Kevin Fedish: Episode 20: A Different Side To A Popular Story In this episode, we reexamine a popular children's story and take a different approach to understanding and empathy.  We tend to find ourselves rooting for the hero and scolding the villain of each of these tales without ever knowing the full story.  This story gives us a larger glimpse in...

is upon us and my point of focus is to stop trying to create perfection and just release reality. I often think my content needs to be perfect and in having this mindset, a lot of the content is not 100% authentic. NO MORE.

I am also extremely excited as today marks 180
Days left until 2020. Last year after I finished the race, I walked up to Manny, the race director and said "I'm winning it next year"

I fully intend to make good on this promise. It's going to require severe dedication to get myself to the level I need to get there, but I have faith in my abilities.

Time to go Super Saiyan! ✌🤙

I hope you take the time to watch this as I needed to be honest with all of you. After being confronted with a .b.peterson moment of self awareness, I realized I am only sharing part of my truth and not my full truth. I have not been my 100% authentic self to you and that is not the message I want to preach.

This Monday on i make a commitment going forward to being my true authentic self and giving you more glimpses in to the good, bad and ugly that goes on. I don't need to fake always being positive...no human is positive in every moment. I don't need to be right all the time...no human ever is.

Going forward you will be seeing every part of me and my experiences in this thing calledvlife.

Love you all!

This week on I am working on not being afraid to have difficult conversations or share negative feelings and emotions.

We are human and it is not a sign of weakness to share when things aren't at their best.

is back and this week, the habit im trying to change is always speaking first, or too quickly. I tend to want to answer because I get so excited and involved in the question, and I know I need to breathe, slow down and wait.
