Tips for mums to cook simple meals with Thermomix
When on a budget I always take my gas heater , a pan and portable blender to travel 😊
Here are five popular recipes that can be made using a Thermomix:
1. **Thermomix Risotto**: This recipe uses Arborio rice, white wine, parmesan, and your choice of vegetables to create a creamy and satisfying meal. The Thermomix makes stirring and temperature control easy.
2. **Thermomix Bread**: Homemade bread is always a treat, and with a Thermomix, the kneading process is a breeze. You can make a simple white loaf, or experiment with whole grains or added ingredients like seeds and nuts.

Thermomix Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients:
- 500g pumpkin, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 onion, peeled and halved
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 30g olive oil
- 500g water
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100g cream (optional)
Steps:
1. Place onion and garlic in the Thermomix bowl. Chop for 5 seconds at speed 7.
2. Add the olive oil and sauté for 3 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 1.
3. Add the chopped pumpkin to the bowl. Chop for 15 seconds at speed 7.
4. Add the water, vegetable stock cube, and season with salt and pepper to your liking. Cook for 20 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 1.
5. Once the soup is cooked, blend for 1 minute gradually increasing from speed 1 to 9 (ensure you place the measuring cup on to avoid hot soup splashing out).
6. If you want a creamier soup, add the cream and mix for a further 30 seconds on speed 4.
Remember to serve immediately while it's hot, and enjoy!

I chop veggies in my Thermomix, such as onion, garlic, tomato, carrot. Then I cook for 30 minutes on 100°. Then add broth and chicken
Sauerkraut is delicious addition to any type of meal. It’s full of probiotics and enzymes. It’s excellent for your health and for your children’s health

I purchased bees wax online on eBay
it is 100% organic
then used varoma settings for 20 mins
I put the big block of wax onto the steaming tray, on a baking paper
I melted about 1 cup of wax
then I added about 1 1/2 cups of coconut oil
1/2 cups of h**p seed oil
1/2 cups of castor oil
1/4 cup of vitamin E
essential oils:
lavender, clove, peppermint, etc
and also I added about 1 table spoon of Shea butter which is amazing on its own
Thermomix allows to cook while stiring
then it will stir while your mixture is cooling down
I enjoy the process so much! I'm thinking to do more of this!!!
and the coolest thing is that it cleans itself!

Millet is gluten free, high in nutrients such as magnesium and potassium. It may help to reduce blood pressure and cholesterol levels. I cook it in the basket - 25 mins, speed 4, Varoma!
Ofcourse fill the main bowl with water to the level of the basket's bottom.
You can add sweetener or salt
Add butter, cream, milk or add linseed oil, olive oil and put in salads or soups.
as a child I loved it with milk and honey, now I switched to linseed oil and herbal salt for maximum health!
