6 months ago one of my long time trainee's and team mate Milla had a nasty crash at oceania champs in Rotorua, a broken jaw, opened up her lip, grazed face, busted knee and probably something else I missed.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of being asked to ride with her for the first time. Even though she hasn't been riding she has still be coming to my trainings, now that is dedication. Planning to ease her back onto it slowly, build some confidence back up and get her back to where she was, actually... Better than what she was. Let's go Milla 💪

$20 for 8-10 /1.5hrs BUT if we fill the group (8riders) price will reduce to $15 each per rider!!!

$30 for 11+ /2hrs BUT if we fill the group (8riders) price will reduce to $25 each per rider!!!

Hey followers, North's is just on 4 months away so I thought I'd get the ball rolling soon.
I'll be doing a 8-10 week progressive training program leading into North's for UCI ages 8-10 and 11+
This will be a combination of sprint training and track training and will start on the 12 August.
Spaces are limited so if you are interested in having you child or mum /dad training with me please get in touch via messenger to secure your spot.

Milla Ellis, is one tough cookie!

After a major crash on Sunday at Oceanias, she was taken to Rotorua, then Waikato Hospital, with a list of injuries Including, broken nose, fracture in jaw, displaced teeth, degloved lip, and a nasty concussion.

She's doing really well, still in waikato, but improving a bit more every day. You've got this Milla!
We've been talking with her each day, and tonight got to share jokes with her. She's doing amazing ❤️

Milla has had a rough run this season health wise, and has worked hard to get into good fitness and be rider ready for Nats and Ocies.

She was really showing up amazingly on Sunday showing total commitment and determination, something we rate highly at 117.

We wish you well in your recovery Milla. Scotty is sussing your bike 💎

Yes, another 4 hours training in the rain today. The kids need consistent training every week, and I love being able to do that for them. Thanks heaps for letting me coach you.

Just a reminder for anyone that follows my page or who I am coaching or Who i have coached in the past couple of years.

I know I'm not W1 or NZ1 or NI 1 and never have been but I absolutely love passing on what I have learned in my time of racing, I love coaching the few kids I have under my wing and seeing them succeed.

I haven't been at the track to coach since I broke my wrist and covid mandates came.

As a result of my accident, and then mandates, I was unable to offer my services. That being said, I would also NEVER DROP any one of my trainees .

Ive started back on my bike and back into coaching so if you want to come back and train with me, I'd love to have you...you know who you are.
