⭐️ COVID-19 self-isolation... but make it fashion ⭐️

I have had a really low couple of days with some of the things I’ve had to endure in my short time working on the front line, during this pandemic and my mental health was definitely taking a bit of a dip. Self care, makeup, fashion, are all things that make me smile, so last night I decided to try the famous tik tok house coat curls and I woke up for the first time in days in a genuinely good mood. Look good, feel good.
I’m also a massive believer in the law of attraction and that like attracts like. I obviously haven’t been in my brightest form the last few days, however, today after already waking up happy, I received a phone call to say that I am able to return back to work as of tomorrow. Coincidence? Maybe, but for me it’s showed me the power of a positive attitude. I can’t wait to return to the front line tomorrow and continue to play my part in this chaotic time. Yes, I put on a full face of makeup and got dressed up and took multiple hall pictures in celebration... life rn is about what makes u feel happy and content. This is what I chose to do, and if anyone has something to say about your choice to wear makeup “just to sit in the house”, just remind them that that’s how you’re choosing to cope, whether or not they understand it.
