We are tossing around the idea of selling the food truck to open a permanent establishment that strictly does catering. After this last back surgery, running the truck isnt possible anymore!
We will be downtown edna this evening!! Next to the court house, plan on setting up about 5pm.

I hope everyone enjoyed Halloween at downtown Edna tonight. We were proud to donate about 250 hotdogs, 400 cotton candy, 500 popcorn and lots and lots of candy, chips, fruits and drinks along with our bounce house and dj equipment!! We did this all in honor of my dad, Dusty Raybon, as Halloween was always his favorite day!

Ok, we will be open Wednesday, Sept 14th, @ Flag City Pawn across from HEB from 11-2ish. Our menu will be brisket burger or brisket tacos with chips or cowboy caviar and a drink for $12. We will also have our Almost Famous boudin pepper jack cheese and crawfish eggrolls for $6 per order! Come and see us!

Catch us Thursday, Sept 8th, at Jacob's feed store across from the police dept!! We will have Angus burgers with chips and a drink for $10 and boudin-crawfish-pepperjack cheese eggrolls for $6. We will be open 10:30am-2pm(ish)

This bad weather has kept us from opening up, and now I have back surgery coming up in a couple of weeks. We will still be taking on some small caterings as we can. We will continue to sell cooked brisket frozen and vacuum sealed and eggrolls as we make them. Otherwise, wish my Doctor luck to do a good surgery!

We are trying to open up, but we are at the weather's mercy! Hopefully we get a clear day this week, if not, we will try next week!
We are out of frozen brisket, but we have eggrolls and breakfast kolaches!!
We have fresh boudin with pepper jack cheese kolaches! Just pop in microwave for about a minute!
We have 1 pound vacuum sealed bags of brisket ready to go, just drop in boiling water til hot!
We have eggrolls ready to go vacuum sealed and frozen in 10 packs for you to fry or air fry!

With school starting up, we have your breakfast covered!! Boudin from Louisiana and pepper jack cheese rolled up into a sweet bread! I sell them frozen for $2 each. Just microwave them for about a minute and it's ready to enjoy. Everyone have a great school year!!
