We have some big news!

Carson City’s Fox Brewery and Pub gives much to talk about!

First, the well-known brewery and pub recently underwent a major renovation and re-brand. While still located within the famous St Charles Hotel (built in 1862), the renovation and re-brand is meant to reflect the eatery and breweries business model expansion, the operation’s manager, Jim Phalan, says.

Second, and just announced today, a second Fox-themed brewery and pub will soon be opening in Midtown Reno—at the location of the well-known Silver Peak Brewery & Restaurant, located at 124 Wonder Street (at Holcomb Ave), from which Silver Peak’s previous owners, David Silverman and Trent Schmidt, successfully operated for 21 years (until closing the business in 2020). "We are fortunate to have worked out this opportunity with David and Trent,” shared Jim Phalan, who will also manage the Fox’s second location. “It is a fabulous facility in Midtown, with a foundation of success dating back to a time when craft brewing was just becoming familiar to consumers. We feel confident that we can continue their commitment to craft, while bringing our famed Fox energy and operational concept to the Reno market.” The deal was brokered by Nick Brunson & Gary Tremaine of Reno, NV.
