Iced or hot...cream and sugar or black...with flavorings or just plain… Wherever and however you get your coffee, this 30-second coffee trick may be just what’s needed to finally melt away unwanted flab!

Soaked oats.

🍎The amount depends on how many bowls you want to make, I used a cup of oat flake tea, and an amount of milk mixed with yogurt (as I said I love coconut yogurt) but it can be Greek, natural, whatever you prefer, enough to cover the oats and go over a couple of fingers above the level of the oats, add half an apple, grated or in very small cubes, some pitted black plums, chopped, (optional) mix and reserve in the fridge.

🍎 Prepare the oatmeal at night to hydrate it.

🍎 The next day add a little more yogurt, as the oats 'swell' but do it slowly so it doesn't become liquid.

Make variations with the fruit you like. But this is the basis for all your imagination.

🍎 Prepare the bowls or cups, a portion of soaked oatmeal, and a layer of your favorite yogurt, and on top put freshly grated coconut and decorate to taste your way.

Yields 04 bowls

Overnight oats are nothing more than soaked or overnight oats, always prepared the day before... there's no secret... super easy, and nutritious and leave you feeling full.

Simple recipe:

Mash a cup of fresh raspberries (can be frozen), sweeten a spoonful of (dessert) sugar or xylitol (optional), and add 02 tablespoons (soup) of chia, and two or three tablespoons (soup) of Greek yogurt.

Mix and place in the fridge overnight.

The next day assembles the mini bowls or cups with a layer of crushed raspberry, 01 little Greek yogurt or natural if you prefer and finally, the strawberry yogurt, decorate with crushed raspberry, a clove petal, blueberry .. mint, ... finally, whatever you have at your fingertips... brings charm, beauty and whets our desire to eat...

You can replace it with fresh strawberries too.

And behavior is something difficult to teach and learn because it involves a context in which only those who experience the situation know what is going on.

Here the reminder is simple: do not leave for tomorrow what you can decide or do today. And this is related to your behavior. Of course, it's not to do everything without thinking or planning. That 1% well done today can make a lot of difference for your tomorrow.

Small beneficial attitudes will only make the days better.

Many people love coffee and its benefits, but depending on how we consume it, it can bring us problems.

The time of consumption after preparation makes a lot of difference. After 20 minutes, it begins an oxidation process that degrades the caffeine and oils present in the drink. Even inside the thermos, the drink starts to spoil, and its consumption after 1 hour is not recommended.
The request then, no way! When reheated, the degradation is even greater.

The symptoms associated with the consumption of oxidized coffee are headache, nausea, dizziness, and heartburn.
Therefore, to enjoy your little coffee without problems, the ideal thing is that it is only prepared at the time of consumption and in the desired quantity without leftovers for storage or later consumption.
