i’m grateful for everything that i have in my life. i’m blessed to be able to see the world. change your mindset. there’s so much to live for, there’s so much to see. new people, new experiences, allow yourself to open your mind to try out new things. 📸

it’s easy to get burnt out, and one thing i learned is that everyone needs a break here and there. don’t loose yourself in the sauce though. keep pushing to get better everyday. 📈

wake up with a positive mindset to keep pushing, with the notion that you can do anything you put your mind to. you can achieve everything you’ve ever wanted, the answer is always within you. ✨

been trying to focus on enjoying the little things more in life. when you appreciate the things you have, more amazing things come into your life. we get so caught up in our day to day lives we forget to notice there is beauty all around us ❄️

surround yourself with good people. people who look out for you, people who tell you the truth. I’ve learned to keep an open mind and pay more attention to what i can learn from others experiences and their perspective on life 🫂

it’s all about growing everyday. i took time to truly enjoyed all the small moments we had on this trip like sitting around the table playing cards, drinking and jus talking. these are the small things that i was grateful for and made the trip so much more fun 🍻

got a cat, named Devi with Angad, my roommate. We've been friends since high school and it’s so amazing to see how far we both have come. giving devi an amazing life and love is what keeps me going everyday and i’m so glad to be able to take her to amazing places and give her an amazing happy life 😺

went through my wisdom teeth surgery and recovery was terrible. taking time for myself was a huge thing, i always feel like i’m stressed about my future and having to be forced to relax it was nice to take a step back and be grateful for how far i’ve come and remember to take things one day at a time. your health is the most important thing at the end of the day 💝

focusing on growth and learning through my failures and taking time to enjoy things has made life amazing and i am blessed to have the best people around me and these opportunities to experience it all. finally fully recovered and ready to take on this year 📈

remember, growth takes time, you will never be perfect but if you put the work in, success comes. we all fall, we all grow the highs and lows are what make life special. each day is a gift, remember to go make some memories 💛

- consistency and discipline with the gym, journalling, meditating, my daily/ nightly routine and diet ✅
- bettering my relationship with my family 🫂

- and my inner peace 🕉

make this new year incredible. there are 3 things you should focus on for the rest of your life:
1. your mental health 🧠
2. your physical health 💪
3. your spiritual health 🧘

begin this new year with a fresh start to be better, keep an open mind and be a positive light to yourself and others around you ✨

you don’t need a villain arc. you know where true strength comes from? exercising kindness to others and oneself. protecting people you love. helping those around you ⭐️

growth is found in love. peace is found in compassion. you want to overcome heartbreak, pain and failure? hold on to love. even if that means it’s just yourself for a while 👤

take a step back and see what you were actually doing. use that same energy to grow your mindset and find peace again 🫶

it’s time to focus on what’s important in life. ask yourself these questions:
- who am i becoming?
- what do i really want?
- when i get there, who will i be?
- how can i help others?
- how do others see me now?

self analyzing imitates true growth. i go back and read my past journal entries all the time to see how much change has occurred, my thoughts how they have grown, my ideas ✍️

i’ll finish off with this last statement. i am proud of who i am becoming and i am excited for what this year has to offer. remember your worth and who you are, you are an amazing person who is going to do amazing things in life. go after what you want and never stop believing in yourself 🔱
