Guys, there is a large variety of gluten free products out there that are so expensive and bad for you! You don’t have to go bankrupt to eat gluten free. And you don’t need all the specialty products. Manufacturers are throwing the Gluten Free label on everything to make a buck. Don’t just buy a product because it is labeled gluten free. Look at the ingredients. If it’s a snack item there’s a good chance your buying a box of sugar. That is just as bad for you as the gluten your trying to ovoid. Working on some gluten free mealplanning for a picky toddler who also has a dairy sensitivity and some plain “cheese” quesadillas had to be made immediately for myself too. Believe it or not there are a few really good …. (Errr let’s say pretty good because who can really replicate true cheese) cheese substitutions out there. 😅🤷🏻♀️
Trust me little things like using fresh garlic while cooking will make all the difference in your meals.

20+ years of cooking experience and almost 15 years of that I’v been making gluten and dairy free meals. I make normal big hearty family dinners. I either separate and modify some of it for myself or I make the whole thing gluten and dairy free, you would never know!
