Recovering from Rejection
One of the deepest wounds to recover from is rejection, especially when your spouse, fiance, or the person you love, no longer wants to be in your life. Satan wants you to retaliate and lash out, but that won’t make you feel better. In fact, it will make you feel worse. The only way to recover from a broken heart is to accept that the relationship is over and forgive. You can’t force someone to care no matter how hard you try to please. Instead of trying to “be good enough for someone to love you,” strive to please God. If things are right with you and God and you are making Him happy, that’s all that matters. The Bible tells us in Galatians 1:10, “Am I now trying to win the approval of man, or God? Or am I still trying to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ." Your value isn’t based on human love or man’s approval but on God’s and He loves you more than anyone else ever could. He constantly reassures you of how precious you are to Him through His Holy Word. Isaiah 54:10 says, “Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed," says the Lord, who has compassion on you.” Pray for God to put forgiveness in your heart, and then take time to grieve. Just because you had peace about ending the relationship doesn’t mean you can’t grieve the loss. It’s okay to cry. It’s okay to be sad. Just don’t let your tears make you bitter. Remember, when you forgive, you heal and when you let go, you grow. Text: Ephesians 4:31-32, Isaiah 43:18-19, Proverbs 4:25, Matthew 6:14-15

We know for obvious reason,that we do inherit the wrong deeds that made our parents fail in a Christ like life,but it calls for a spiritual sobber and mature individual to deny himself with a purpose of breaking the chain of such evil practices

For those who spend their time with God will be always protected against their enemies,may the almighty protect you and your family.Amen
