The Easter for Christians is a time of love, forgiveness and reflection. Easter means new beginnings symbolized by the eggs. Words to meditate and reflect, these sacred days in which we remember the passion, suffering, death and resurrection of Jesus and to thank for his love. To read, learn, converse and also hear the vicissitudes of others, which will always be worse than our problems. To thank for what we have lived and for what we have ahead. To ask for the health and well-being of those we love. He was crucified on the cross by the disbelievers on Friday and on the third day he was raised by the God.

A Gentle Reminder From Pope Francis

This life will go by fast.

Don't fight with people, don't criticize your body so much, don't complain so much.

Don't lose sleep over your bills. Look for the person that makes you happy. If you make a mistake, let it go and keep seeking your happiness.

Never stop being a good parent. Don't worry so much about buying luxuries and comforts for your home, and don't kill yourself trying to leave an inheritance for your family. Those benefits should be earned by each person, so don't dedicate yourself to accumulating money.

Enjoy, travel, enjoy your journeys, see new places, give yourself the pleasures you deserve. Allow dogs to get closer. Don't put away the fine glassware. Utilize the new dinnerware; don't save your favorite perfume, use it to go out with yourself; wear out your favorite sport shoes; repeat your favorite clothes.

So what? That's not bad. Why not now? Why not pray now instead of waiting until before you sleep? Why not call now? Why not forgive now? We wait so long for Christmas; for Friday; for Reunions; for another year; for when I have money; for love to come; when everything is perfect...look...

Everything perfect doesn't exist. Human beings can't accomplish this because it simply was not intended to be completed here. Here is an opportunity to learn.

So take this challenge that is life and do it now...love more, forgive more, embrace more, love more intensely and leave the rest in God's hands. Amen.

Lahat ng establishments / businesses pwede ng magbukas para sa economiya, pero ganun padin ang paalalang doble ingat at panitilihin ang social distancing at pagsuot ng proteksyon sa katawan para makaiwas sa nakakahawang virus!

Gayun pa man sa Lair Wildcat Campsite, open na din kami sa bookings!!!
Dito para ka ding naka quaratine, naka quaratine kasama ang nature!!!!

Same padin early booking ang kailangan para solo mo ang lugar pag punta mo. On going pa din ang pag sasaayos ng lugar, pero ma enjoy mo na din naman ang kawa bath kasama ang instagrammable na manggahan!

SELF-REFLECTION THROUGH NATURE♥️

Diversity is an especially beautiful and delightful feature of our natural world. No two places, plants, animals, or people are exactly the same, and the varieties are endless. Nature uses this diversity as an essential ingredient for evolution and sustainability. Just as nature relies on diversity, our lives and health benefit from embracing our own uniqueness. And did you know one of the best ways to tap into what makes you unique is to spend time alone, unplugged, and in nature?

To plug into your environment and reflect, first unplug from your devices. Choose a day—or even two hours—to spend time outside, and implement a no cell phone, computer and/or TV rule to save electric energy and your own energy, and give yourself space to appreciate your surroundings. Reflect on what inspires you by taking in the world around you: the air you breathe, the season’s colors and features, the people and interactions around you, the sounds and smells—it’s real life through your senses—not through an electronic device.

Unplugging allows you to detach from your habits, and opens you up to the certainty of learning something new and capturing different insights. But best of all, you tap into a diversity of wisdom and worldliness that can activate greater insight into your unique needs, purpose, and distinct and beautiful personality. You might be surprised how much you enjoy being unplugged, and decide to make this a regular habit!

1. Reflect on your inner wisdom. Remember that you are the expert of your own life. Reflect on this: What were you formed to do in this lifetime? How do you want to live? What function are you meant to perform?

2. Identify what nurtures you. Consider what really contributes to your health and vigor. Is it a strong community connection, or a friend who you can walk with and share emotions? Or perhaps time alone reading a favorite book? Identify what serves your life.

3. Act in favor of life. Create conditions that allow for your optimal functioning. Form your environment, schedule, relationships, and home to reflect your best health interests. Sometimes all it takes to uplift your soul is to travel, relax, have fun and go on a vacation in the middle of a hectic schedule. This is one way to relieve stress and take a break from a busy life at work. There are times when we also need to go on a trip either alone to find ourselves or with family and friends to create happy memories with our loved ones. Go, visit and explore as many places as you can while you are still able because you can always make money but you can’t always make memorable and colorful moments in life.

Exploring new places, meeting different people and discovering various cultures can help us, not only to have a healthier body, but also a livelier mind, heart, and spirit. Moreover, those invigorating activities will also motivate us to appreciate Mother Nature, our planet Earth, and life itself. They can increase our knowledge, wisdom, and insight for the future.

Stress Management: Relaxing Your Mind and Body

Introduction

Take a deep breath. Hold it for a moment, and then exhale. Feel more relaxed? Breathing exercises are one way to relax. Here you will learn about different ways to relax your mind and body. Being relaxed can help ease stress. It can also relieve anxiety, depression, and sleep problems.

To relax means to calm the mind, the body, or both.

Relaxing can quiet your mind and make you feel peaceful and calm. Your body also reacts when you relax. For example, your muscles may be less tense and more flexible.
There are different ways to relax. You may find one or more ways help to calm you down and feel at peace.

How can you relax your mind and body?

There are lots of ways to relax. Some ways are designed to relax your mind and some to relax your body. But because of the way the mind and body are connected, many relaxation methods work on both the mind and the body.

You may want to try one or more of the following relaxation tips to see what works best for you.

Take slow, deep breaths. Or try other breathing exercises for relaxation.

• Listen to soothing music.

• Practice mindful meditation.
The goal of mindful meditation is to focus your attention on things that are happening right now in the present moment. For example, listen to your body. Is your breathing fast, slow, deep, or shallow? Do you hear noises, such as traffic, or do you hear only silence? The idea is just to note what is happening without trying to change. Some people feel more relaxed after they write about their feelings. One way is to keep a journal.

• Use guided imagery. With guided imagery, you imagine yourself in a certain setting that helps you feel calm and relaxed. You can use audiotapes, scripts, or a teacher to guide you through the process.

• Do yoga. You can get books and videos to do at home or take a yoga class. Practicing Yoga to Relax. Try progressive muscle relaxation. This process involves tensing and relaxing each muscle group. Progressive muscle relaxation can reduce anxiety and muscle tension. If you have trouble falling asleep, this method may also help with your sleep problems. When you relax your muscles, your body gets the signal that it is okay to fall asleep. Take a walk or do some other activity. Making time to do things you enjoy can also help you relax.

• Get a massage or have someone give you a back rub.

• Have a warm drink that doesn't have alcohol or caffeine in it, such as herbal tea or warm milk.
