Ich fühle mich wieder wie ich. Die letzten Monate waren nicht leicht für mich..selbst erwählt.
4 Monate hatte ich nun Implantate in meiner Brust, die mir von Tag 1 an zu groß waren. Ich war tatsächlich überfordert mit der Größenauswahl.
Zunächst dachte ich es wäre nur die Schwellung und die Ungewohntheit, doch die Zeit zeigte, dass die Verkleidung blieb.

Warum ich das ganze Thema hier so oft und transparent teile? Meine Reise?

Wo ich mich doch so lange so zufrieden und athletisch mit meinen kleinen Brüsten fühlte? 🙏🏼🥰
All das werde ich bald in einem youtube Video näher beleuchten und veröffentlichen.
Ich möchte jedoch auch erst noch den Heilungsprozess mitreinnehmen.
Ich sehe den ganzen Weg, den ich durchlaufen habe inzwischen als ein Learning. Vielleicht hat das Universum für mich vorgesehen, dass ich das Ganze durchlebe um auch andere Menschen damit zu sensibilisieren.

Ich möchte euch meine Learnings mit auf den Weg geben. Dabei geht es mir nicht um das Thema der Brust OP | Schönheits-OPs allein. Es geht viel mehr um Entscheidungen, die wir so oft treffen. Meinungen können und dürfen sich ändern,

HIMALAYA! Ein mächtiges Wort und ein ebenso mächtiger Gegner.

Die Luft ist dünn, unsere Kräfte schwinden von Schritt zu Schritt und der Berggigant scheint mit 100kg Zusatzgewicht unbesiegbar..😱

Ein harter, steiniger und steiler Weg hat uns hierher geführt, voller Strapazen und Entbehrungen, die wir uns niemals hätten vorstellen können.

Auch wenn es am Ende nicht reichen sollte.. wir haben immer zusammengehalten und wir können uns nichts vorwerfen. Ich frage mich, ob diese Challenge überhaupt machbar ist.. Danke für euren unglaublichen Support, den brauchen wir jetzt mehr denn je. ❤️

I am really grateful to be here for the upcoming challenge with .de 😍✨ and the entire team.

Here are some impressions of our first day in Kathmandu.

While I am typing 💬 this, we are driving to another city Pokhara (~10+ hour bus drive).

And on Saturday, the trekking challenge with the 100kg barbell is going to start from there.
The excitement is real, but it’s also a whole mix of so many different feelings. 🤯

Getting back to my old performance!
I'm excited to share my progress on my new challenge: performing 50 burpees over the box in every training session at the gym.

As you can see from the picture, it's been tough, but I'm proud to say that I've been making steady progress towards my goal. Not only has this challenge pushed me physically, but it's also been beneficial to my mental game.
By focusing on this smaller goal, I'm able to take my mind off my long-term goal and stay motivated with each incremental win.

Gerade in Barcelona angekommen 🇪🇸. Ich versuche noch alles was ich heute so esse in meiner Story mit euch zu teilen. Als Inspo. Ausgewogen essen und das Leben genießen.
Ich achte dabei zumindest auf folgendes:
• ausreichend Protein zu essen,
• ausreichend Wasser zu trinken,
• Gemüse einbauen 🌱

GOAL: Come back Stronger 💪🏼

I’ve been reloading. 🔥

As you may already know, I had to slow down my fitness journey due to a recent surgery. Although it was a setback, I realized that it was an opportunity to focus on my mental strength and resilience. Instead of feeling discouraged, I set new goals for myself, such as practicing mindfulness and meditation to reduce stress and improve my overall well-being. I also took this time to educate myself on proper nutrition and supplements that could aid in my recovery process.

Sometimes, slowing down can be a blessing in disguise. It allows us to refocus our goals and develop a stronger mindset. So, if you ever find yourself in a similar situation, remember that it's okay to slow down and take care of yourself. Use the time to develop your mental strength and come back even stronger.

Mental goals such as reducing stress, improving self-esteem, and increasing resilience provide motivation, improve overall health, increase resilience, and enhance physical performance.
Neglecting mental health can lead to neglecting physical health, but balancing both physical and mental goals can create a more balanced and successful approach to fitness.
