My watch started buzzing like crazy and it startled me! So, I looked down at the watch at noon to see I met my step goals! It may be small to you but to me, it feels AMAZING! My physical journey has been a bit bumpy the last couple of months so I count this as a moment of gratitude!

You have no idea how tough this semester has been!! Returning to a Kitchen after 10 years, being elbow to elbow with folks who are 18 years your junior, balancing a marriage, being a Mom, a house Manager, shall I go on!! The amount of tears that poured from my eyes once my final was handed back, I can’t even explain!!! Yesterday morning whooped my butt Mentally, but GOD!! So grateful for the opportunity to continue striving for greatness and perfecting my PASSION AND LOVE FOR FOOD!! I hope next semester is ready for me because I am coming more motivated than ever!!!
