To do that I spend a lot of time on the golf course.
I love playing because you get to interact with people, you're out in the fresh air for hours and you're always getting a lot of steps in.

I love to play golf, and when I do I find I need a boost when walking around the golf course.
Bananas are one of the foods that help give me that boost.
Have a favorite energy boosting food?
Sometimes working out can be boring, but I know how important doing daily exercise is for my health.
I try to go for a light jog for even 30 minutes a day to stay active and get my body moving.
Have a favorite exercise?
I try to start every day with a super healthy meal.
Porridge is one of my favorite ways to do that. It's packed full of delicious goodness that helps to fuel me.
Have a favorite breakfast?
I absolutely love Raspberries and Blueberries. They are one of my favorite snacks.
