I tried out a PC quick cooker roast recipe this weekend and it was AMAZING. Seared the roast, caramelized some onions, added carrots and broth. I finally tried out my ceramic quick cooker dish, and made mashed potatoes at the same time in the same pot! From fridge to table top in 45 minutes with and excellent gravy! I love the quick cooker!
