Lunch: Spinach Salad w/egg, tomato, cucumber and cheese and a yogurt…..
Dinner: Baked Chicken Thighs w/seasoned brown rice, and Steamed Broccoli….

Another week prepped and ready to go…
Let us take care of your food prep needs…..
For breakfast: Sautéed Potates, bell pepper and onion on a bed of scrambled egg for 4 days. Also a flavor variety of oatmeal for the next 3 days
For lunch: Garden salad with tomato, egg, cucumber and a drizzle of shredded cheese for 3 days. Yogurt for 3 days and a fruit and veggie tray for 1 day. With apples oranges and a banana to snack on.
For Dinner: we have Boneless baked chicken breast with brown rice and sautéed green beans for 3 days , Galic and Herb Salmon with sautéed potatoes and asparagus for 3 days and steak sautéed potatoes and asparagus for 1 day.
XL Loaded Potato!! Shrimp Andouille Sausage and Broccoli with Nacho Cheese and Sour Cream atop!!!

Left over chicken breast, why not make a salad!!!
Dinner…. Chicken and Shrimp Broccoli Fettuccine garnished with chopped tomatoes and a shake of Parmesan cheese accompanied with two pieces of garlic bread!!
