Hello my Friends! I will be at the Red Deer Downtown Market today from 3:30 - 6:30pm doing contour portrait drawings. Stop by and say hi, and get an expressive portrait done!
Join me at the Kerry Wood Nature Centre tonight from 4-6pm to talk about cyanotypes!
Cyanotype photographic print on 100% cotton paper, this image is a superimposed set of negatives with one flipped horizontally to create a symmetrical composition.
See this print and others at the Kerry Wood Nature Centre right now! The opening reception is on Friday, September 4th and I will at the gallery to talk a little bit about my work. I hope to see you there! 🌼🌼🌼
Stop by the Kerry Wood Nature Centre from 4-6pm this Friday, September 4th. Many other galleries will have their doors open, so you can gallery hop through the city to different receptions to see the artists and their work. I would love to see you there!
Western Red Lily, Cyanotype photographic print on eco-dyed cotton. This piece was a bit of an experiment as I wasn't sure whether the cyanotype chemistry would react with the eco-dyed cotton in an unexpected way. It came out just as good as one printed on paper!
Hello my friends! My name is Chris, and I welcome you to the Instagram feed for where I will be sharing my current fine art projects, completed works, and maybe even behind the scenes of some of the many classes I'm lucky to teach! Thank you to everyone who has shown me support so far, I can't tell you how much I appreciate it ♥️
