Australian Open is the first major sporting event of 2022 hosted in Vegas City. Fans are able to login to Decentraland and explore a virtual recreation of the AO grounds for the duration of the tournament. Started Monday Jan 17th and will be running for 2 weeks.

Vegas City is so hyped to announce a new Boys Noize album +/- (pronounced Polarity) launch party on the 24th September, Decentraland

The new album features a whole host of collaborators such as Tommy Cash, Rico Nasty & Chilly Gonzales. Releasing on his very own imprint BNR, this album finds the German-Iraqi artist delving deep into exploring the polar opposites of certain musical styles.

The Aquarium Casino has partnered with http://MMA.TV and Prim3 to put on this special fight night! They have transformed The Aquarium, Decentraland's newest underwater playground, into an underwater fight club for the night.

The event will feature some amazing competitions from Crypto play events to wearable fashion shows, where the winners will win some hefty rare prizes!

Going Virtual: Philip Colbert is opening Lobsteropolis Museum in Vegas City, Decentraland

To Celebrate the second annual Decentraland Art week on July 8th, we have partnered with . Now, we’re ready to reveal it.

Born in Scotland and living and working in London, Colbert has created a global following for his cartoon lobster persona and his hyper pop history paintings. Graduating with an MA in Philosophy from St. Andrews University, Colbert's work has received international acclaim in museums and galleries worldwide for his energetic new approach to painting and pop theory. Following on from early Pop painters such as Richard Hamilton, Roy Lichtenstein and James Rosenquist. Colbert's paintings cross high art themes from old master paintings and contemporary art theory with everyday symbols of mass contemporary culture, all narrated through the eyes of Colbert's cartoon Lobster alter ego.
Curated by de Pury at the Lobsteropolis Museum, the exhibition includes a series of NFT works available exclusively with NFT platform

The opening of LOBSTEROPOLIS CITY will take place on Wednesday 30 June.
