Here’s some wagyu mince converted into homemade burgers, ready for BBQ season.
The fat content in Wagyu keeps the Wagyu beef burgers juicy and packed with flavors, even after it's cooked.
When making the burgers only work the mince as much as necessary to shape it and hold it together whilst cooking.
Wagyu mince is pretty tender and unmistakably buttery sweet. So we feel that simply using just the mince is sufficient to make delicious burgers. But feel free to add seasonings, herbs and spices to jazz things up.
